  Best hostel in Sydney

  Stayed here for a week and fell in love with the place! Staff are second to none, especially Alex on reception - she always greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond to help. The hostel have really cool social events everyday to help you make friends, especially the nachos and sangria night! Rooms are spacious and the hostel is super clean too. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

  Really enjoyed my stay

  Best hostel Ive stayed at by far! Friendly staff, super clean and always events/free food nights happening! Amazing rooftop with great views as well. Location is perfect, walking distance to most places or few mins to the station. All round 10/10

  Stay away!

  Where to even begin.. I spent a week in this hostel with my boyfriend. After reading the reviews, we were so excited to get to this hostel as it seemed like the place to be. Most definitely not. We felt like we had been catfished, this hostel is VERY small, like extremely small. We attempted cooking in the kitchen once, never again, the kitchen is tiny. I understand if its a small hostel your kitchen doesnt need to be huge but the kitchen is absolutely tiny everyone is on top of each other, and the ovens dont even work. Its literally like a narrow hallway. Also... the photos online suggest theres a room with a pool table, another room with a TV etc., its all crammed in one room. Worst hostel Ive ever stayed in. Although, the worst part about this hostel is the location, no one seems to mention the fact that Kings Cross is absolutely full of homeless people on the streets constantly off their face on drugs, I mean FULL of them. We both felt very unsafe and uneasy just walking the streets, Ive never seen anything like it and were from Leeds so that says something. So if youre planning on visiting Sydney, I strongly recommend staying away from the Kings Cross area altogether.

  Sweat station

  No lift if youve got heavy bags or suitcases! And the rooms are boiling hot with the slowest working fans from the 1900s. My friend and I woke up every morning struggling for oxygen it was so hot! Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned regularly.. and I mean regularly! No peace and quiet from the cleaners banging about every morning. Wouldnt recommend the kings cross area, its a 30 minute walk to town or a train for about £3.50 one way. However staff did a good job in keeping it clean considering the amount of people staying in such a small hostel. Manager was friendly unless she was taking away alcohol. Doors locked at night for safety which is reassuring and someone is available until 2am if you get locked out. Overall nice hostel but Ill be moving to base hostel today for some nice air con.

  Possibly the best hostel on earth!

  Incredible vibe 100% Recommended! 5 month stay, amazing staff members, brilliant facilities & location make it a super fun backpackers who want to make new friends & share an international experiences.
