  Super hotel lleno de giris

  El hotel es nuevo, moderno y bastante cuidado. Pero como todos los destinados a giris, comedor atestado, buffet mediocre y diversión según los patrones cutres y demodés. Seguro que es el mas caro de Pafos, pero no lo vale.

  Have just got home from such a lovely week! Staff worked so hard, everyone was so friendly from the shop, waiters, cleaners to reception & constantly asking us if we needed anything Reception helped to ring people for us and print off our boarding passes without even asking much We havent got a bad word to say Pool - is cold but kids got on with it! Food - there isnt as much choice as a few years ago but they are working with 40- guests so why cook more to waste it! Still a good choice and we were stuffed Couple days of rain but we just went to the indoor pool which the kids loved The tall Russian waiter, Natasha and the entertainment team are stars Made you feel somewhat normal compared to the rest of the world at the moment! Thank you and we will definitely never stay anywhere else when we come to Cyprus

  Overated, understaffed, and disappointing.

  3star plus hotel masquerading as a five star. The only reason i can see for this is the swimming pool and waterpark. COVID procedures were pants. Massively understaffed at night causing 30minute waits for drinks. We ended up going out each night. Food was decent but unfortunately luke warm most of the time. Breakfast omelettes being the exception. Room cleanliness was ok but non existent in the stairwells where a can of coke next to floor 2 doorway managed to go flat over an 8 day period. Day nine it finally disappeared, as had the quests, due to the UK travel corridor being lifted. The hotel now had some staff to do the jobs that they should have been able to do in the first place. Nice enough workers but i suggest that management needs a real boot up the bum. In the end the price paid for the holiday with Jet2 reflected what we got. Should have paid more and gone to the Olympic Lagoon or Elysium, REAL 5 star hotels. Lesson learned.

  Good deal but not 5 star not even 4!

  Firstly we arrived late at the hotel due to flight and random covid test at the airport, we asked for a room upgrade the hotel stated they had no recollection of our booking through jet2 so this wasnt possible and to try again in the morning. We was sent to our room on the 5th floor, my impressions of this room was that it wasnt expected to be used, dirty and run down. We went for food ASAP at roughly 9pm cold food from a buffet supposed to be hot, no live cooking stations I hoped this was due to timing. We went to the lobby area for drinks service only due to covid understandable but too slow not enough staff to the guests. I went to sleep thinking how I was going to manage 10 nights here and if I was given any other option I would of taken it. Woke up went to reception have to give a special mention to peter reception staff he was one of the two staff who made the stay better so helpful and attentive to us at this point in upgrading our room (paid for a swim up) and the remaining of our needs throughout our holiday, as I said swim up upgrade the room was miles better but still a tv aircon and safe to be fixed which was actually pronto to be fair. Although aircon wasnt that cold. The hotel pretty much stayed the same as the first night cold food no live cooking par omelettes at breakfast, drinks same struggle of service this wasnt the staffs fault they was run off their feet special mention to natasha our second member of stay who made us appreciate what she was doing for us and the guests such a lovely bubbly personality no breaks no nothing yet she smiled and laughed with us for a brief moment when we finally got service. A la carte italian wow well to be fair if all food was similarly consistent with this you may reach 4+ it was nice and it was hot. The meze restaurant was nice but not our type. A downfall to our beautiful swim up room .. one morning the cleaner washed the suite balcony above to ours below all dirt water all over our cushion sunbeds and floor, thought never the less they will clean it when they do ours .. never happened! Entertainment other than bingo and winning was poor I felt sorry and embarrassed for the singers that turned up. Would I return again? No. Would I recommend to a friend? No. We did get 10 nights at 1500 and got our upgrade totalling around 1800 for 2 adults 1 child. But there was nothing that I have experienced at other 5 star or 4 star hotels. Slides are a bonus but I looked at the lazy river water and was put off instantly considering this waterpark made our mind to choose your hotel over others for our son I instantly regretted this choice. There is hotels which advertise less and probably do more anyway for the same price.

  Back in 2017

  I went here back in May 2017. I was with my oldest daughter. The holiday initially wasnt meant for me but due to family loss and final wish of the person they gave it to me. The staff when we got there were very good, they knew the situation and my daughter at that time didnt know of the loss the days before hand as the person had wanted her to enjoy this holiday and so did i. The reception staff did not mention it and were covert in their handling of it. We were given a balcony room facing the sea and a good view of the pool. The room was clean, the minibar stocked, and the sheets were well made. The down stairs was busy, staff always doing something, waiters constantly doing rounds inside the lounge area and round the pool. Having a gold band, everything is included and if you need something someone will get it for you. The pool area was very clean, and the waterpark out front was very fun and had no issues with either. Pool side service was great too. I didnt even need to leave my lounger. Food was really good when i was there, they had pretty much anything anyone could like and much to try and taste. There was live cooking, tapas bars, and staff always around to get you a drink. I dare say, i dont drink much, but the rose wine was very good. The cleaning staff were pretty impressive, the time id come back to the room with my daughter and her dress from the night before would be laid out neatly and everything on the tv cabinet was in order. The only isssue i had with my room was that the tv was stuck on the news or another channel that wasnt in english but honestly, we werent there to watch tv. We did have fun heckling at the news on the nights we decided to stay in. I loved our balcony, there was always music playing and people enjoying themselves and the view you could get lost in. I know its now 2021 and many of the reviews have been negative in some way but i must say in normal conditions this hotel has very high standards. When we left they made sure to tell me that anything extra on the bill was taken care of and i needed not worry about anything. I appreciate them to this day during a difficult time, my holiday was still a decent holiday. I was fed well, relaxed, drank many well made cocktails and my daughter got all the cookies she wanted from the staff. And love for her brand new giant pink hat we had got down at the dockside in paphos. That wee girl was happy. i'll be going back once this pandemic is under control and enjoy it once again.
