  Disappointed by hotel

  I experience king ambassador hotel last floor room 1202. Disappointed thus not clean see picture & no curtain ensuring sun to bother during early morning. Hotel management wasn't able to answer my request (no good English ?). Breakfast was OK nevertheless I do not recommend

  Excellent

  I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past few years and always enjoy my stay. Excellent rooms, excellent service, clean, and good food. The rooms are spacious. I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

  5-7 min walk from the train station

  Easy to get to except for the last block where you have to go over a pedestrian overpass. The hotel entrance is at the foot of the overpass stairs. A great hotel. I had a nice comfortable spacious room. The breakfast buffet is super so I would suggest travelers should opt for the breakfast option. Also ask for a humidifier as the air around here is really dry. This hotel does weddings so it is a very nice place with beautiful public areas.

  Good hotel

  Waw there in March 2019 for business. 2nd time and always the same good service, clean and spacious room, good breakfast and restaurant closes early at night but restaurant outside the hotel are opened until late.

  Old hotel but convenient location

  Was in Kumagaya last week for a business trip. There arent many hotels in Kumagaya and this one seemed value for money. Its a short 5 min walk from the train station with convenience stores nearby. Its an old hotel and facilities were aged but a comfortable stay and all amenities provided, including free wifi. The staff here couldnt really speak English except for the front desk manager, but they were all very polite. They also provided me with a map with a list of restaurants within walking distance which proved to be very helpful. Theres a restaurant on the ground floor which has an affordable buffet spread.
