  Not bad, if you have to stay somewhere

  I stayed here mainly only because everything else was booked. Wouldn't have been my first choice. I really didn't want to stay here at first. It took quite a while to get checked in, and I will say the photos on here do not depict the condition of the rooms too well. They are definately a little older than what you see and a little more run down, at least 4 of the rooms I saw. Each room has a little water heater in the shower area that provided about 3 minutes of fairly good hot water that quickly faded after that to cold, which can be nice in the Indonesian summer. The bed wasn't too bad and the room size was decent. Each room has a small kitchenette with refridgerator and a stove top/hot plate to heat water, cook some things and some cookwear is provided. The rooms are a bit cold looking and unappealing. Rooms decor is decorated in early prison style, with wonderfully painted cinder block walls. The rooms are on lower end of average cleanliness, but it had wifi and the stay was tolerable. If your looking for a plush comfortable room this isn't it. But it is economical, and a decent, fairly clean place to put your head down at the end of the night. There also isn't much around here, there is a small area with an Indomaret a few blocks away walking distance, and really no restaurants to speak of unless you hire a driver.

  Bad unfriendly place

  Absolut not a good place The service is not good The promise on their website microwave oven there was none a balcony we could not use cuz The aircondition was placed there so we couldn open The door The website they promise no deposit payment in advance is was not true The bed Lines was not clean when they change it not a place i will go to another time

  Cozy for live

  I should have given five stars for this place, spacious rooms, along with a living room and a small kitchen for a cooking instant noodle, very much for the price of one night. Some time this place to be our favorite, is only one thing that we think enough to give it 3 stars than have 5, and I will not cover in this review :)

  Feels like stay at Apartment

  I booked Deluxe Room. Its such a good experience to stay in this Residence, but really the route to the Residence is difficult to find easily. The located inside the housing complex and seemingly not maintained from outside but all i known this hotel still under construction. When you get into the room, it feels like your apartment. There is kitchen in there, small tv but the room big enough. I get lately breakfast at 10.00 am, not too recommend with this price. I think so many good hotel in near Alam Sutera to stay in with a good price like this :)

  Value for money in case of emergency

  Our 1 night sanctuary during the massive Jakarta and West Java blackout. Very value for money considering it has spacious room, fluffy pillows, elevator, sofa, living room, kitchenette and so on. Only the lack of water heater and the residue of cigarette smoke left by previous guest annoyed us a bit. Maybe well be back again someday in case of emergency.
