Price performance is not goodPros. The place of the hotel, the nature, the sea and the weather is nice. The gardens are good. The villas are under shade of trees which is very nice. Attractions for kids are excellent. The animators are trys to make dialog with you and your kid and they are very kind. Generally the staff is helpful. Cons. Food is extremely bad and very low quality. Restaurants are too crowded. Be careful not to crash somebody. You have to find table first or wait. Then you have wait in line. For example min 15 - 20min for omlett + 15 min for a pancake and others tea etc. It takes approximately 1 hour to start a breakfast sometimes. Also you have to wait in line at the pool bar. After 1 week holiday I only remember waiting and try to take my meal in crowded restaurants. Sometimes the plates and glasses are dirty. The hygiene of the rooms are not enough. Since it is 5 star hotel has to be clean. I think After a checkout they try to make the room quickly, in a hurry. Ants and bugs are everywhere in the room. It's quite normal when you think the gardens. But they have to find solution. When we are staying, garden people start to poison all gardens. It smells very bad and it is harmful to breath the steam of poison. I had to breath it when we are having breakfast. Gardens should be poisoned at night time. Generally, the price/performance index is too high for this hotel. I generally do not recommend if they don't make improvements expecially on restaurants.

Your average turkish all inclusive hotelWe stayed there in the end of june. We really enjoyed the nature and the food there but we had a problem with the internet as it was horrendous. The staff was nice, especially if you spoke turkish or russian but you have to have in mind that the room cleaners ask for tips. The entertainment was great as it had different shows every night. Rooms were clean and the facilities were average. Overall a nice place to stay.

Amazing vacation, will definitely return to Kimeros! The hotel was much better than we expected or read in reviews: it has a huge, very green territory, located right in the park; the houses are wonderful even during pandemic - very spread out and comfortable; the rooms are renovated (we stayed in Garden room), very clean & new bedding; very long beach, amazing clean water, lots of tanning beds & shade; tasty food & cocktails; the personnel is amazing, very attentive & polite; everything was cleaned & desinfected. Everything was so great, we couldn't stop enjoying it every single day; i almost cried when we had to leave )) Will definitely return here!

Very average experienceCONS: * WI-FI was of very bad quality, almost all of the time we were without WI-FI signal. * Audience: I would guess that 90% of people staying in the hotel were russians or russian speaking. I didn't expect (my bad for not doing proper research beforehand) to be surrounded almost all of the time by those stone-cold looks and that kind of slavic culture's "bells and whistles". * Almost all of the staff didn't speak english, only turkish and russian. * Drinks were local, meaning the quality of it was poor. * Food was like drinks, a lot of it but quality wise it wasn't good. It wasn't bad, it was just okay to keep you alive. * Queues in the restaurant and in the bar: too big, too crowded. It was a pain to go get a drink because you would have to stand this nightmarish queue and deal will all the russians cursing, spitting on the ground and smoking. * Snack corners which were available inbetween the breakfast, lunch, etc. were really horrible. Lowest quality pizzas and burgers I have eaten in my life. PROS: * Room was clean * Good infrastructure for a baby (12 months old). There was Baby food court, baby chairs near the tables, pool for kids, animators, etc. Overall, not going back to this place any time soon.
