  Christmas Well Spent at Kimberly Hotel

  We stayed at Family Den Villa. Just need to complete the toiletries because during our stay, there were no soap/body wash and conditioner. Also, we should have been provided with a key in our villa. Although the staff seemed trustworthy, there should still be a key to lock our villa.

  Enchanted memories

  We booked this hotel for our wedding prep & reception venue. We had 4 rooms booked overnight and we had an amazing stay. The hotel & it's facilities was spectacular. The breakfast service & the quality of food exceeded my expectation. Very private hotel, it's conducive for private gatherings. The staff are very polite and courteous. Very professional, they welcomed us warmly with their smiles and greetings specially (front office staff, sales staff, Housekeeping staff, f&b staff) which is a plus point in the hotel industry. I would like to personally commend Ms. Jherz jimenez dela cruz Sales officer, She is our contact person in the hotel since we inquired until we left the hotel. She was very accomodating, straight forward in a nice and professional way, smart, informative and she knows her product, specially she is attentive. I was impressed and thank you for making us feel at ease during our stay. On the other hand, this are some of my observation which may help the hotel & staff to improve the service. Some of the rooms had a maintenance issue, Rm412 the main door is hard to close from outside, creating a noise that can disturb other guest. Rm316 Some tile grouting in bathroom were new but needs to be retouched/cleaned before guest occupies. Rm314 both the sink and the shower drain were clogged (slow draining). I noticed that SOME of the f&b staff were placing their hands inside their pocket and leaning with one foot up on the wall during the event which is unpleasant to eyes of the guests. But nevetheless, our experience was superb! I highly recommend this hotel! My family and I will surely come back for a vacation. Thank you Hotel Kimberly tagaytay! -Charles & Geraldine Lim

  Amazing Wedding!!!

  I had my wedding here last Nov 28, 2020. We had an amazing experience here with the help of their events coordinator, Sir Ruzer Vidamo. We booked our wedding here last 2018 but due to the pandemic we had our wedding moved last Nov 28, the treatment, service and hospitality of Sir Ruzer and their staffs never changed and they continued to support and served us. The place was really great especially their villas. We rented the whole place and had a free bonfire with unlimited smores every night. The place is really good for all ages, even children will love their farm animals and They can feed rabbits, chickens and ducks and they can also do horseback riding. The service of their staff was really unforgettable, if we will have our next events I will probably book this hotel again, they made our wedding and stay really unforgetable. Thank you, Sir Ruzer and all the staff you all deserve a commendation!

  Amazing Kimberly Hotel Tagaytay

  We really enjoyed our stay here. It was one of our best nights in 2021. The place is clean and quiet. The staff are so kind and nice, specially Raymond, Jonathan for helping us find my friends vape and of course to Ryan and Charlie who helped us set our amazing bonfire in the villa. Ammay Restaurant also serves delicious food, you dont even have to go anywhere. We definitely recommend Kimberly Hotel Tagaytay and will surely come back here.

  Valentine's Dinner + Proposal

  Everything was flawless. Starting from the booking of the reservation up to the dinner date. The Valentine's package they offered was super affordable, and I wasn't expecting that much from the food because of the price but the hotel surpassed my expectations. We had 2 starters, pasta, 1 main course and dessert. I requested for a proposal set up and my request was granted with ease. I couldn't ask for a better proposal at all. Thank you hotel Kimberly and thank you all the staff
