  Cozy Hotel with affordable room rate

  very good service and nice room with affordable room rate. close to Braga street and downtown. Love the ambiance and the facilities, friendly staff, nice all you can eat shrimp lovers, overall was good deal!

  Stylish Hotel in The Historical Area of Bandung

  First of all, I want to thank all the staffs here who were very friendly and helpful, especially to Mba Happy & Mas Irwin from @ibisstylesbandungbraga. Before we got into the Hotel, we had to check our body temperature using a touchless thermogun. The Hotel also provides a touchless hand sanitizer. Of course, physical distancing is applied here, and there is a dividing glass on the check-in table. Besides, there are social distancing marks at many spots in this Hotel. There is also a QR Code in the room to see the hotel directory and the room service menu. Ibis Styles Bandung Braga management is very concerned about the health protocol, in my opinion. I stayed in the Family Room, and I think it is my favorite (looking forward to staying here anytime soon)! The room was very comfortable. There is one room for adults with a double-bed (what I love about ibis Styles is they provide bolsters beside the pillows) and kids room with two single beds (apparently it fits for adults too). And the view leads to Asia Afrika Street (Bandung city-view). Either for leisure or business, stay at ibis Styles is the best choice!   Bad experiences

  I couldn't imagine that my staying in this hotel would be so bad. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received. The first was the room allocation, i booked family room requested high floor mention in detail TA, the receptionist prepared us on 7th floor at beginning until I reconfirmed again to him that i had request and ask them to double check, then only they check and switch it to 15th. the second was swimming pool CLOSED WITHOUT information, expecting my children could enjoy the pool facility Unfortunately the pool was closed, We even ask at front desk during check in about the pool, and they confirmed is open with explaining the timing I approached front desk and requested to meet hotel manager, The man meet me just saying sorry, and promise will inform us what time the pool will open without find out how many days the guest stay, i left the man and he raise voice saying to wear mask, it was really bad attitude and such unprofessional hotel Never want to recommended this hotel

  2D1N at IBIS Braga

  I went to Bandung with my sister to had experience in IBIS Braga. The Marcom staff welcoming us here, the room is super! I love it since it's for family, there's 3 bed here, and we had a room tour to the balcony room that provided for a honeymoon, overall the ambiance is nice, the room clean and neat! Hope to see u again!

  Not Accor standard

  Room quite homey, but the bed was horrible could not sleep well as the bed not comfort at all. location wise good, only service level and FOOD was horrible. Breakfast totally unacceptable and that's not the Accor standard. No buffet only ala carte and choose American Breakfast and got the French fries already cold and dried. Complaint with waitress and didn't know whether it came to Chef or manager attention, as when we left the resto there were 2 staff looks like a manager and chef but they didn't say anything, only quite. Security staff all are friendly especially for the security whom pick us up at the gas station nearby from hotel as the access to the hotel being locked by the local government due to PSBB in Bandung. Well done for Security team, keep up the good work. And heavy attention to FO, FB team and better to make correction start from manager level as your staff will follow attitude their manager!
