  Could do better

  The B&B looks good from the outside, it is is a good location and the interior is inoffensive. Unfortunately our room had not been prepared properly, there was a wet facecloth in the shower and there was also a used shower gel container. The impression we got was that bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Some of the cereal bowls on the breakfast table were chipped. For the prices they are charging one would expect a little more attention to detail.

  Overpriced,underachieved and wont be returning or recommending!!

  Host wasnt very friendly, a bit nosey and asked awkward questions. Breakfast was average. Cost was way way over priced and our room was on third floor and not what I paid for. I booked one double and two single beds and got two double beds. Room was cramped and tv was tiny. Vent was closed so room was very hot. No hot water for shower. Room wasnt serviced. Very little toilet roll. Owners dogs barking at night. Tramore seems to be a dying destination. All local businesses closed or retired and not replaced. Sad reflection on a once buzzing town. On the pluse side the amenities which for children are great, was only a short stroll from the accommodation which was a plus but overall for the money I paid (300 for two nights) i was expecting fair better than what I got. Disappointed to be fair and it really is hard to disappoint me in general as I'm very easy going.

  Beautiful room and delicious breakfast

  I booked this on Booking.com and I thought it was very reasonable. Our room had 3 big windows, it was a family room, the bed linen was beautiful and of a very high quality. The room was tastefully decorated with a nice balance of old and new. The room was spotless. I have stayed in hotels that charged more money but lacked the charm. I did find the lady a little standoffish when I arrived but after a while she was warm and friendly and not rude. I would recommend that you seek a price directly from her than go to booking.com , chances are you will get a better deal. I would definitely recommend .

  Beautiful decor and charm but lacked sonething

  Great location and fab decor but just not very inviting or comfortable, host lacked friendly also, we stayed in Cloneen B&B the night before and that was just fabulous, if looking for b&b in tramore I wouldnt recommend killerig house but location is hard to pass.

  Fantastic Accommodation

  We stayed at Killerig a number of times a good few years ago and really enjoyed our stays. We were back at Killerig earlier this month and I am delighted to say that Marie and her husband are just as pleasant and helpful as I remember. Killerig is just as I remember it as a beautiful lovely decorated house in a great location. I would have no hesitation in recommending Killerig to anyone. Look forward to seeing them again soon.
