  The Best Location and Great Value

  We found this property through our neighbors , who's been coming to this resort for at least ten years. Rented through owner directly. Unit #206 was on top floor and had a unobstructed view of Kamaole 2. WE absolutely love the location and the closeness to the beach. It was just crossing the street and we were at the beach. The unit itself is a little dated, but very comfortable. At the price point, we both felt that it was god to great value. We really loved that it was within easy walking distance to several restaurants and most everything. Coffee in the morning was less than 5 minutes away. Restaurants like Cafe O Lei Coconuts Da Kitchen were all a short walk. If feeling like walking further , there's Foodland and all that is close to it. What we really come to love was that we were able to bring food home and enjoy it on our Lanai while people watching and watching the sunset without having to leave. Like they say in Real Estate.... Location , Location, Location I'm sure that at this price point, the value you receive is spot on. Will definitely go back without any hesitations

  Ride the Bus

  Since I was last here 5 years ago. Rental cars are twice the price and traffic is worse. I have to tell you how fast and easy it was to get here from the airport. Take the 35 to Queens Mall and then catch the 10. Outside of that this location is walking distance to everything. It was reasonable.

  Late with my review. We stayed at Kihei Kai Nani, Unit 227 in February 2019. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for great stay. Can't get much better location than this as almost everything is within walking distance. No complaints and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in South Kihei. I believe buildings away from the street and away from the restaurant next door are quieter.

  Great location, good value

  KKN was a perfect home base for us to explore South Maui. Very close to the fantastic beaches of Wailea, the road to Hana, and all the shops and restaurants in Kihei. The units or the pool aren't fancy, but comfortable and functional. Don't stay here if your intent is to stay at your resort for the whole time you are on vacation, but if you use it for sleeping and recharging while exploring, it is perfect.

  Plan on being a return customer

  First time for us in Maui and first time condo renters and it could not of been any better. Condo was spacious, very clean, well stocked, location was excellent.Felt safe and such a short stroll to end of parking lit to see some amazing sunsets. Can not wait to return.
