A fitting name for such heavenly viewsWow this place was absolutely stunning. From the amazing views to their beautiful decor, it was definitely one of a kind. We booked it as our wedding venue (incl accommodation) and we should had extended our stay so we could continue hosting for brunch/bbq as many of our guests haven't seen each other for years! It was perfect for our smallish wedding (90 guests). Max occupancy was 12 for 5 villas. The dinner seafood bbq was excellent, great massage facility, and Bulgari next door is available for more fine dining options (great food btw). Thank you Khayangan for the amazing experience.

Major let downOne of the best in terms of the view. The room is nice and clean, with decent food (breakfast). The overall service is poor! They failed to clean the room properly, didnt replace the toilet paper, there is black and yellowish spot in the towel. There is no water provided during breakfast. Don't expect free flowing breakfast (buffet) and when we asked the staff regarding this they simply reply: "this is a villa, not a hotel". Ive been to lots of villa and we could order any food that we want for our breakfast. We paid such hefty sum of money for the villa but with limited food? You gotta be kidding me? There is no staff stand by in the dining room, you have to ring the ball or otherwise go back and forth to call them from the kitchen. What a dissapointment! Even 3 or 4 stars hotel give better service!

One of the most magical places on Earth!I have been debating whether to write a review for this place for quit sometimes, as I may be biased because my wedding was held here. This is an unconventional "hotel", it is almost hard to call it a hotel because it feels and looks like someone's estate/vacation home. There are only 6 villas/rooms in total, and 2 rooms are jointed with a sharing bathroom, which making it 5 Villas in reality. The entire estate is covered in beautifully manicured garden, dotted with multiple pools, and sits atop of a cliff engulfed by Indian ocean. When you book a wedding here, you are required to reserve the entire property for 3 days. My family and I really enjoyed all the days we spent here as it really feel like a big vacation home than hotel, it was the first time in a real long time our families get to stay together and meet and mingle. We also invited guest overs before and after the wedding to enjoy the pool and the sunset by the water. I can't imagine how different the experience would be if I am only using one single villa/ room, and had to share other facilities (dining room/living room) with other guests. Because some parts of the property is quit awkward, for example, one of the bathrooms has a sheer curtain and you can see inside from outside. Also, there is no clear boundary between the room and the pools, I suppose there will not be any private pool, all would be shared. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are also very discrete with room cleaning and room service. If you misplaced anything around the property, they will always return it to your room. The only down side, however, is the food. There is no restaurants in the hotel, except a kitchen. All food has to be ordered the day before, so it requires a lot of forward planning, I never know how much I want/need to eat in a day. Therefore, there are times I did not order enough and I had to stay hungry. The hotel is quit isolated, and far away from market and other amenities (other than Bvlgari Resort, which is beside it). So going out to eat is not a good choice either. There is also tennis court, gym and spa at the premise. The spa room faces the ocean, it is a great experience as well. It was an unforgettable experience, we may go back one day for our anniversary.

A dream wedding menuMy daughter married her to my now son-in-law. We are from the Uk but people travelled from afar- Ireland,uk,Poland and Hong Kong- to this ,what I can only describe as 7th heaven. A lot of the guests are widely travelled and stayed in many beautiful places but they said, none no more beautiful than this, high on a cliff overlooking the sea and beach. The venue were so helpful as the wedding planner, her team and caterer ,band etc set out the estate to its beds. we had the 6 villas for the family which were beautiful particularly the Bridal one which was huge. Everything went off without a hitch with all the staff involved playing there part for the wedding day itself and the day after with the estate staff just doing there it jobs to perfection. If you can, have no hesitation choosing here as your dream wedding venue in paradise.

Worth every penny spentI had my dream wedding here and I honestly has no complaint at all. I had to reserve this venue 1.5 years in advance to be able to secure a date for my wedding and I am very grateful with my wife and my choice 1.5 year ago. Once we arrive at the small lobby upon arrival, the view of the Indian Ocean was breathtaking. It was once of the best view I have ever seen in my whole life. Service from the staffs were also smooth and they were all very friendly. Each of the rooms is humongous in size and very nicely built. All the wooden furniture is almost like antique but still felt very modern and warm. The pools in the property was also very very nice and each of them has the view of the Indian Ocean. One small advice for the property to improve is the quality of the food they offer for breakfast. Breakfast menu was very small and the taste of the food is also very standard, not suitable for such heavenly property. Overall, this is a very recommended wedding venue. Heavenly view and good size lawn for a medium scale wedding (150 - 200 pax),
