  Worst experiance ever dont do it...Staff not help.Tv aircon not work..Then have problem to get money back...Manager verry rude he not want to return money..All in all really bad experiance and not cheap for low season...We was the only peaple there i wounder why.....

  Adequate

  Second time weve stayed here and its not changed, which isnt necessarily a good thing. The complex is ok, the pool area is fairly clean and the pools clean and looks nice with the exception of some tiles are missing. The rooms are spacious, clean but a standard tired feel to them. The showers are poor, they dont stay on the wall and the water pressure kept going out throughout our stay. The room had a safe in there plus functioning A/C and I had no issues with the WiFi during my stay. Due to the structure of the resort they get a lot of birds in the rafters meaning theres a lot of bird poo on the walls and floors in the public walkways. Its runs a shuttle but its a shuttle to the north of Khaolak where the sister resort is and not into the centre of town itself. All in all, I feel you pay for what you get, yes it tired but its adequate for a cheap stay.

  OK option when everything else in Khao Lak is booked up

  The rooms and pool are very good. The deal was reasonably cheap (but Agoda's almost 10% gratuitous - with no warning - surcharge for billing in GBP didn't help) and you get what you pay for. None of the staff speak any European language at all so when I asked if the breakfast buffet was included, no response. So I scooped up a plate of bacon and then they asked for 250 Baht (about $8). A simple sign saying "breakfast buffet is 250 Baht extra" would not be too difficult, I suggest. The location is impossible for anyone without motorized transport, so of course figure 200 Baht/day for a pop-pop bike on top of the very quite low price for the hotel. The 'hood is convenient for good restaurants + a 7/11. Khao Lak is one of the vanishing places in Thailand that have not yet become obnoxious like Samui, Phuket, Tao etc.

  A night in town

  Just stay for the night with my kids. The resort is nice with decent size pool. Room is clean though bathroom needs some TLC whereas the tap came off from the shower and water pressure not that great but durable. The balcony door lock was broken. Even though our room is on the second floor still one would feel little better knowing the balcony door is in good working condition so yes that needs to be fixed. Staff are friendly. Good reasonable price.
