  Best of the best

  I loved my 1 night stay here, before attending the tour on smiley lakehouse Khao Sok National Park. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and have a HEAVY DUTY fan! The location is prime near massage parlors, bars and restaurants. What made the stay fantastic? The OWNER!!!! She is so kind. I have never stayed somewhere where I was SO thankful my money went to them. They deserve it for all the work they put in. The owner and her husband are passionate. I feel like by staying here I got an AUTHENTIC experience. Natural Thai... Learned more about the Thai culture... and experienced the BEST Khao Sok National Park experience ever. We saw monkeys, swam with the fish and explored the jungle. Beautiful weekend, because of the beautiful owners, comfortable bungalows, and great service! Thank you so much for making this a trip of a life time! I will be back ! : )

  Definitely stay here before the tour!

  I stayed here for a night before I took the smiley tour to Khao sok. My stay was divine!!!! Amazing scenery... cozy bungalows... shower with nice warm water and many towels provided. The fan was great and much needed :) The bungalow area was under construction so I even got a discount price. The construction did not make any difference in my stay. It was still 5/5 stars. I loved the lush green trees nearby, the balcony and the hammock! My stay was just perfect. The owner who helped with check in was accommodating, and very helpful with questions about the national park! That made my stay even better!

  Hard to locate but a nice stay

  The jungle bungalows were great and are exactly what you pay for. Nothing special (the bathroom is not luxurious), but for the price, it's nice. The location was great - within walking distance of lots of restaurants; however, the sign is hard to see from the road. We drove into the city and the map isn't helpful, so it was difficult for us to find. Once we found it though, everyone was very nice and helpful, and the stay was good.

  Friendly owner and beautiful bungalows

  We were greeted by a friendly owner who pleasantly surprised us with an unexpected upgrade from wooden fan bungalow to a brand new stone bungalow with AC, it was well needed after our 10 minute walk from the van station. The bungalow was clean and tidy, we had fresh bedsheets and soft towels. The bungalows are located about 500 meters from the main park entrance. I strongly recommend taking Smiley Bungalow Cheow Lake Tour which was 2500 Baht per person (plus park fee 300 Baht) it was well organised and food was plentiful. We really enjoyed our stay with Smiley and recommend this place to other travellers.

  Excellent quality for the price

  I've stayed in one of their brand new bungalow, very surprised by the confort ! Aircon, flash toilets and bathrooms, everything very clean, all this for 500 Bahts, the best value for money of all my trip in Thailand I reckon. Plus staff are amazing, even though they have massive renovation in the reception area at the moment (finished now ? It was feb 2020).
