  Great Maroochydore Apartmeny

  Stayed as a couple for the second time just after covid restrictions were lifted. We had a two bedroom apartment on level 8. The apartment was large, comfortable and very well equipped. The large balcony has a great view up and down the coast. The apartment (and the whole complex) was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay there as it is very well located with quite a few restaurants, takeaways, and coffee shops close by. Also it's located between two surf clubs within walking distance. The beach is just across the road. The car park is secure. The managers are great - easygoing and very friendly. The wi-fi was good and without restrictions. What more could you ask for and I would certainly recommend the place.

  Key Largo - Key to a great Escape.

  Service received from resident managers was exceptional, very helpful,polite. The apartment we stayed in was very clean & well appointed. Amenities available were excellent and location was excellent for ALL our needs. First stay at Key Largo and we will certainly be back, resident managers made us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. The location gave us the opportunity to do many things we didn't think we would be able to do due a lot of travel time was saved.

  Great spot

  Very clean and well appointed unit. Was surprised to have an ensuite bathroom, wasn't expected! Rooms are decent sized and unit has everything you need includung dryer and other basics in the kitchen. View was superb and balcony breezes lovely. Pool and spa were well used by us too. Perfect location for beach access. Plenty of food options within easy walk, highly recommend the Thai place just below the neigbouring building! Only suggestion would be better blockcut blinds in bedrooms, kids were up at 4.45am due to how light it was - urgh!!

  Not a great stay

  The check in counter despite say they are open from 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, we arrived at 1:00pm Monday and it was closed. Rang the phone number displayed and no one answered. Left a message. Texted the same number and said we were waiting. Got a reply back and they would be there in 1min. 10minutes later still no-show. Someone finally arrived some 12 minutes after saying 1min, no apology just a cold fill out the forms and hand over credit card. Not a good start. The room had new carpet which was good, but the the kitchen was not cleaned well and there was dust congregated on fans. Although there was a kitchen we felt it not clean enough for us to use. The faucets in the bathroom was constantly dripping. So in all the location was good but the rooms need better attention.

  Pleasant stay

  A comfortable stay in this spacious single bedroom apartment on level 1. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook up a storm. There was a DVD player and a nice CD player with good sound. Water pressure in the shower was great. I particularly enjoined the pool area and made the most of the spa. The large balcony with ocean view was amazing. Facilities also include a reading room, well stocked with books and DVDs to borrow. Some small things prevent me from giving it 5 stars. While it did have a ceiling fan, the bedroom was not air-conditioned. (It's a personal bugbear of mine) but the toiletries supplied were pretty sparse, given the length of my stay. One of the movie channels was offline for the duration. The TV was a little smaller than what I'm used to. Don't let these few things put you off. It's clean, comfortable, well located and good value for money. Id stay again in a heartbeat and would happily recommend.
