  A well-run family hotel

  Just returned from an enjoyable week of skiing in St Anton. I was in a party of 6 that stayed at the Hotel Kertess. It is very well-presented and the rooms are small but adequate. We did have an intial problem with being allocated the wrong room, this was resolved however it did involve moving room half way through the week which was inconvenient. Other than that no issues, the staff were efficient and friendly and the meals were varied and tasty. Would definitely rebook!

  Great hotel with friendly staff and lovely food at a great price

  We had a great stay at the Hotel Kertess. The hotel is clean and much larger than you initially think with a pool, sauna and wellness area to help relax after a days skiing. The rooms are fairly basic but include cable TV so you can catch-up on what's going on at home whilst getting ready. Our room had a lovely view of the Rendl 1 run and the mountains. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the food is provided in out stay (breakfast, snacks and 6 course evening meal) was really top notch. The only downside is it's location is about 550m up a hill which can be tough at anytime let alone after a days skiing but you can get the number 3 bus from St. Anton which stops nearby and is free. If you arrive by train you can also call the hotel and they will collect you in the hotel bus (we didn't know either of these when we arrived and lugged our luggage up the hill). Later at night you can get a taxi for between 10-13. There are hotels with a more modern feel but we would not hesitate to go back to the Kertess

  Ski trip

  Would like to say a big thankyou to the owner Mrs kertess and all the staff who helped make a stress full last few days of or holiday due to the corona virus as smooth as could be due to the resort closing while we where still there and did there upmost to keep people calm and get people fed while a mass exodus was going on in st anton, a big thankyou to Micheal and rabby the head barman and waiter who gave us a great last night I couldnt speak highly enough of all the staff hope you are all safe and well and managed to get home Neil and Billy Smart

  Excellent hotel

  This was a great hotel in many ways. Felt very homely, well run, with very pleasant and smiling staff that could never do enough for you. Michael the barmans cocktails are definitely worth staying here for. The walk into town is minimal, and there is always a bus either the number 3 or the one provided by the hotel. Food every evening was excellent. We would definitely stay again without hesitation.

  Family Hotel

  This was our third visit to the hotel and once again enjoyed the relaxed and friendly service. The staff were always helpful and courteous and worked as hard as possible to be helpful when the announcement of the closure of the resort was made.
