  exelente hotel

  increible hotel, maravilloso por donde se lo mire. Gran habitacion lujosa y servicios explendidos, Me lo pago un proveedor asi que no se sus costos. un poco de cola a la hora de hacer el check in pero nada grave . Desayuno excelente lleno de opciones.

  I do like this hotel!!! My previous impression of China only stayed in Beijing and Shanghai. If it were not for the company's arrangement of my business trip to Suzhou, I would never have had the opportunity to see such a charming city. The Location of The Kempinski Suzhou is not very prominent, which is why I enjoy the tranquil atmosphere here. The staff are young Eastern faces, and the LIR here is different from what I've seen in other countries like the United States. I was impressed by LIR's Isabella, a girl who had both the bashfulness of an Oriental woman and the enthusiasm of being a service staff. She had a good command of English and was not afraid to chat with the "foreigners" in our group. She also helped us to solve some of the difficulties we had in communicating with the staff in other departments of the hotel.

  A excellent type of visit to this hotel

  It was brilliant experience to visit this hotel, we went Suzhou for the family visit, we heard the hotel is quite good and we went to check in the hotel the servant in front desk is really hopefully. The room was clean and very big. Its executive lounge provides wonderful and very taste food, most importantly Olga and Donna are really helpful for helping us to get all the food and drink and specially they made special noodle soup for our children. We really like this hotel not only because its location and facilities also for its people and home feeling of this hotel. I will come back to this hotel next time. It is a great experience!

  Nightmarish and not worth the value. We had to leave.

  I am a professional Santa and had been entertaining guests all day at major Suzhou attractions (Not the kempenski). We decided to go for dinner and a weekend hotel stay and went to their restaurant for seafood first. We were very tired, cold and hungry. This was a reservation at 6:30pm We arrived in the lobby and couldn't find a single staff member speaking English. What we did find was several girls laying on the tables either on their phones or apparently asleep. See my photos. We finally found the restaurant and arrived to the restaurant to find it stinking of old oil and smelly seafood. Trash was all over the floor and this was at 6:30pm..not the end of the night. They were out of most featured entrees. Check out the disgusting picture of their "Christmas Turkey". We sat and waited for thirty minutes but all they had was greasy cold inedible garbage for Christmas. Look at the seafood picture! 30 minutes and ole room temperature tiny crab leg. In all this time, their customer service never greeted us..never came to our table. It was a rude, disgusting and unsettling experience. When the table behind us started loudly burping and throwing more food onto the floor, we took all we could take of the stench, bad food and terrible diners...and cancelled our room reservation. The waitress tried to charge us when we left after eating nothing and never even being offered a drink. So we had no dinner...we had to cancel our room because we were so disgusted and disappointed. This was a terrible experience and I'll never ever go there again. We took a car to the W after and got treated correctly. This was shameful for a supposed luxury hotel.
