  Amazing hotel with best location and service.

  We recently stayed 5 nights with my elderly parents and three teenage daughters. It was so nice to return to such a comfortable and pleasant hotel each day after our day trips to surrounding sites. My mother had a recent sciatic nerve problem, so she had to remain in the hotel while we went off to the day trips. Everyone, especially Elio Sun, took such great care of her! I strongly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Guiyang!

  Great view

  The Kempinski hotel is in the city center with a great environment, the Jiaxiu tower is within minutes walk, so as the Wenchang pavilion, both great places to explore the citys culture. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they make me feel welcome and go above and beyond to make sure my experience was enjoyable. On the first floor there is the Kempi deli, a small coffee shop and it has the best chocolate cake. There is a big shopping mall right across from the hotel also very convenient to find anything needed.

  Beautiful Ambiance, Excellent Service

  Our trip to Guiyang China was amazing. During our stay we travelled many cities and other hotels, but we made Kempinski our base hotel and it was truly worth it! An amazing view, amazing location, amazing staff. On our first day my cousin's luggage had not been received from our flight out of Beigjing-Nanjing. The following day we were to immediately leave for Kaili. The staff and team committed to having her luggage catch up with her and they did. In addition, several days later when returning to the Hotel, my same cousin was sick, in the early AM hours I called room service for some hot water and lemon, having to explain a little bit that was all I wanted because my cousin was sick. In minutes the waiter came up with a full tea pot, lemons and honey also a Manager who asked could she be of assistance. She came in and offered further care to my cousin (Ms. Long) was her name, she sent up an air filter and was so accommodating. Ms. Long subsequently saw us in the lobby of the hotel several days and immediately checked to see if we were fine and if we needed anything else. Aside from the beautiful ascetics of this hotel, the food was good, the location across from shops and restaurants, the staff made it a worthwhile choice. I will always look for a Kempinski Hotel when travelling internationally. I received such a welcome it made our trip grand!

  Kempinski has the best location in town, swimming pool to relax after 3 hour walking in the old asian town, use taxi to get around. lots of construction in the city for new extended subway. meutermedia

  Overall, a great experience!

  We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski Guiyang. Great facilities, excellent service from the concierge team. Always willing to help and take care of us. Rene Malek was fantastic, always greeted us with a great smile and great conversation. Always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel, more than a stay. A great experience!
