    Great location

    Just returned from a 7 night stay. Really nice room and very clean. Great view and far enough away from the pool so not disturbed too much. The pool was very welcoming - the pool and in fact the whole area was incredibly clean and the water kept at a good temperature. There were plenty of beds available but look out that they charge 1 euro/towel/day so either bring your own or keep the original one for the week! The food was actually quite good but I can imagine anybody expecting pizza and burgers everyday would be disappointed. The daily offer was a lot of veg in different forms and plenty of salad and cheese! Drinks were freely available - I stuck to beer with the occasional local gin/vodka and no complaints. The bar staff were a bit miserable but will put that down to a long summer and nearing the end of season. Don't expect too much from the entertainment. The singer belting out his tunes one night was perhaps the worst I have ever heard!! He was truly appalling. Pool side 'entertainment' was provided by a guy that constantly blew a whistle and really didn't have a clue what he was doing. The music was sometimes way too loud as well. The clientele were mainly Russian and neighbouring countries so we didn't hear much english spoken. Again, not a problem. The coach is a 2 1/2 to 3 hour trip to the airport so be prepared for that. And the driving. EEK!! And that's all. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great location. Very clean. And very hot!!

    Oxana is the best in her job!!!!

    I cant thank enough Oxana for how she took care of us, she helped us a lot. First off all she gave us a warm meeting(after a whole night flight)and then helped us with the check-in( we were 14 people). She spent so much time on us to show us the rooms, to show us all the hotel(restaurant, all bars, pools, beach etc.) to explain all the facilities the hotel is giving to us. She was always there to help us if during our stay we had any questions. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL JUST BECAUSE OF OXANA. Now ill say something about the hotel which is huge, clean, nice, nice personel, good restaurant with tasty foods, nice reception; btw i love that turkish woman that was always cooking the gozleme(traditional turkish bakery) at the breakfast time and snack time and of course gozleme that i simply LOVE!!! All the waiters were soooo nice and were there always to serve us which im so thankful! Highly recommend this hotel!

    All in all hotel wasn't bad, but to be a 5* in my opinion he was missing few things. First of all internet is only near the pool, works also in restaurant but not well, in the evening it almost doesn't work at all because everyone is using it. The meal is normal, but there are too many people and if you don't go eating on the "opening" you may not have a place to sit. The pool and beach is nice. The room was clean, but if you are that kind of person who can't take seeing all corners of bathroom a little bit old, stains or etc. this hotel is not for you. P.s the staff was great.

    Not 5 stars hotel

    Definitely not 5 stars hotel. The worst all inclusive food and service. It  deserves maximum 3 plus. We were accomodated in a park view room with very small balcony, partly renovated. The one that we missed was a mosquito net on the balcony door and we had to buy electrical repellent from the supermarket. The room is big enough, bed comfortable, but the towels are old and need renewal. Cleaning is every day, but towels are not changed very often, sometimes the chambermaids forget to empty the waste paper basket or to clean the floor. A bottle of mineral water every day is a big positive. The plugs in the room are not enough, near the mirror there is only one that we used. Pool towels are for free for the whole week, if you would like to change them you need to pay 1 euro. Restaurant: The food is not variable, every day the same, poor choice of fish and meat, desserts are not delicious and identical every day, only once we had baclava, the only fruits during our 7 day stay were grape, green mandarins, plums and apples, no watermelon , no banana... No ice cream! We used to eat mainly salads, the choice is better that main dishes. The A-la Cart Restaurant was not included in the All Inclusive concept and we did not try it. You have to wait a long time for drinks from the buffet, often there is a lack of some of the alcoholic drinks or glases. No ice at restaurant buffet. The tables are ofter without cutlery or not clean. There is a snack bar with pizza, burger, "guzleme", which are not bad, it works till 4 p.m. Bars: The same situation like in the Restaurant buffet: often there is no vodka, or jin, or raki. The glasses are always not enough, mostly small, you need to use paper coffee cups for a beer, raki, vodka, juice, soda or water, which we found not acceptable for that category hotel. Alcohol is very light and no choice. There is no menu what we can order to drink. Cocktails are prepared in a big bowl, we tried them once and didn't like them. Staff: If you give a tip, they will pay you attention. Everywhere there is a tips box. In Turkey tip is very important thing. Wi-Fi is available in swimming pool, restaurant and bars areas, but  the connection is poor. Maybe the rooms with pool view have Wi-Fi too. Aquapark with three slides is suitable for children only. The best advantages of this hotel are excellent location and swimming pool, which is good maintained and clean, works till 7 p.m. The sandy beach is a step away, clear water, sunbeds and parasols are free of charge. I don't recommend this hotel as a place to eat delicious food and receive a good service. The pictures of the restaurant buffet, provided here in Trip advisor are totally different to that we saw. We do not know what is the reason. If we come back again to Alanya, we will not book Kemal Bay Hotel, mainly because of the food and drink quality.

    Wordelfull view from from balcony. Very cosy personel. Extremely helpfull. Roomscare beautifull too. Recomment those with view to see. I would like more action at evening, but after all very good hotel 8/10.
