Weekend getawayThe hubby and I stayed at the Keller House B&B for our anniversary weekend. We were in luck that it wasnt a PSU home game weekend, so we didnt have to fight football fans to get around or in to restaurants. The B&B was very clean. The owners daughter was there to meet us when we arrived at 8:30pm on Friday night. She gave us the key to our room and said we had the place to ourself. She showed us to a fridge where there were complimentary sodas and waters, a fully stocked Kurig coffee and tea bar, and fresh baked goodies for us to enjoy. We stayed in the Garden Suite. The decor was beautiful, with a pretty floral motif. The bathroom had possibly one of the coolest sinks Ive ever seen, it was an old converted dresser. There were gas fireplaces in our room and in the living room. We enjoyed a nice evening in utilizing the AppleTV to watch some Netflix. Our breakfasts were excellent, and the breakfast hostess Karen was wonderful to chat with and suggested several places of interest. The only criticism I have of the B&B was that the bed was terrible! Possibly the most uncomfortable mattress Ive ever slept on (another guest even made that comment in the guest book), and it was super creamy and loud. Anytime my husband or I moved, the other of us woke up. Overall we had a great stay, though left needing a serious nap.

Very Welcoming!I absolutely loved my stay at the Keller House! I stayed in the General's Hideaway. The canopy beds were amazing! The room had it's own private bathroom which was great! The owner was very nice and helpful. It was really muggy that day and he had the air conditioning going in the room for me before I arrived. He also gave some options of things to do in the area and the best place to eat in town. I was just stopping over after visiting Penn's Cave, but the one night I was there was peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here rather than a hotel.

Great placeThis is our second visit to Keller House. Great place, beautiful property and wonderful hosts. We love it there and have stayed for Penn State football games and Graduation. Close enough to PSU without the downtown hustle and bustle.

Ehhh. Not the bestWe stayed here because of the proximity to Penn's Cavern. That is what sold us. Next time we visit we'll stay farther out. Has the potential to be really nice but someone needs to put in some time and money.

Beautiful, peaceful and you feel like family!A tucked away treasure. Spacious rooms, Great breakfasts. The hospitality and attention to detail is second to none. Free wi-fi, and a/c in the summer. Spend some time by the pond. So very peaceful. Try it you'll love it!
