    Muy buen hotel excelente habitacion y servicio. El personal amabre excelente localizacion en Tokyo piede moverte a donde nececites. Estrategicamente a un lado de Estacion Tokyo y del Palacio Imperial.

    My second stay

    Stayed at this hotel when it was newly opened and returned last month to stay for a second time. The room rate had gone up considerably but the service standard had not slipped. The universal twin room I stayed in was very clean and functional. The complimentary breakfast, however, did not change much. It would be nice if they could revamp the breakfast menu to include more varieties of bread as well as hot dishes. I dont think the guests would mind paying for a more sumptuous breakfast? The coffee was just bland and tasteless. It was just hot water to me and didnt taste like coffee at all. The front reception staff were polite but most could not communicate well in English. I asked about booking a taxi to the Haneda airport in advance but such a question stumped one of the ladies there. I could see that she was totally uncomfortable talking to me. My question was left unanswered of course. Notwithstanding the above this hotel is great for sightseeing and for its close proximity to Tokyo station, Kyobashi subway station and Ginza. I am grateful to the ones from the hotel who responded to my email enquiries so quickly and also for helping to make the room reservation. I would still recommend this hotel to those who dont mind paying extra for the location.

    Good hotel n' close to station; but limited elsewhere.

    This hotel is for locals only (be careful). It's close to east (Yaesu) entrance to Tokyo main station. Easy flat walk, close to Ginza too (flat walking, around a kilometre). Limited staff with English, limited knowledge of local area and/or sightseeing. Limited on room extras - wanted a 1/2 day or late book-out (our QANTAS flight was to leave Haneda at 10 pm). Charged me a FULL night's rate. Asked for laundry service (public holiday) and unable to do so. Has a laundry (on floors 6 and 10), we used but no hotel staff help and couldn't get things to dry. Asked for a knife to peel an apple and was told "we don't have them, too dangerous" ? Worth a stay if (only) short-term, u want room and nothing else.

    1 night stay

    I spent one night here , a few mins walk from Toyko station. Reception staff friendly but don't speak English. I had a single room, as in Japan all rooms are small as was this one. Excellent bathroom, shower very good, tea and coffee available. Comfortable bed , clean and tidy everything very functional. Breakfast OK, coffee good. A good stop would recommend.

    One night on route to Hakuba

    We spend one night after transiting from Narita and wanted a hotel we could walk to from Tokyo Station. Can actually walk to within 100m underground which was helpful due to the rain. Location GREAT Price GREAT Breakfast included GREAT Service GREAT Room GREAT Bathroom SMALL BUT STILL GREAT Location GREAT Bed LIKE SLEEPING ON A ROCK!
