    Perfect for single travller

Very tidy cosy budget hotel. Small room however good for one person. Breakfast is included which was convenient. The location is around a 10 min walk to the south gate of Shinjuku St. Is also within walking distance of Yoyogi Park for those looking for some green space.

    The worst breakfast in Tokyo

This is a clean and tidy little hotel that is quite reasonably priced. It's a little walk from Shinjuku station but very convenient if you have business in the Shinjuku business district. The breakfast they offer however, is one of the saddest breakfasts you'll ever eat in your life. You'd do a lot better going to the convenience store below the entrance and paying 500 yen for something.

Good hotel if you're on a budget

This is a nice, clean and tidy hotel in Shinjuku, specially if you're on a budget. I stayed for about five days in September. Very clean, tidy and helpful cheerful staff. The single rooms are small but with all accessories like TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, free Wi-Fi, mobile charger, Lan connection and alarm clock. The AC works just fine. The bathroom is really small but well equipped. There's shoe shine cloth, shoe horn, space for hanging clothes, a desk and chair and toiletries. Offers basic level breakfast for free. A small shop in the basement sells groceries. Very good service for the price offered. Just about five minutes walk from Shinjuku station.

    Great for single traveller

I came with my 6yo girl and we got a single room. It comes with a super single bed which is enough for 2 of us. Very tidy and cosy budget hotel. Small room however good for one person. Breakfast is included which was convenient. The location is around a 10 min walk to the south gate of Shinjuku St. There is also a convenience store in the same building. Great when you need a midnight snack. Great value for money.

    4+2 nights, perfectly adequate

I was here for 2 stays on this trip, 4 nights + 2 nights, in a single room. Its a basic business hotel, 850 M from Shinjuku station and the Shinjuku Highway Bus terminal. The room was small but I soon got used to it it was so precisely functional. The breakfast buffet was range was simple bakery, rice cakes with a savoury filling, shredded lettuce, meat/pork balls, juice, coffee etc but it was enough, I was satisfied eating there every day. If you want a change, have a look at the ticket places in the alleys on the western side of Shinjuku station. Wi-Fi was good, no issues.
