  cheap & simple

  Don't expect much from this hotel. The room is clean but not neatly done. The shower is fine, but some of the room might not always have the proper tempt of hot water. I've been here several times, the only why i stay here coz it's location is near to airport and i do the business near here. This hotel is also cheap, -- pass the breakfast makes it cheaper. Trust me you don't want the breakfast here.

  Stay away

  We are a group of five visiting Jakarta for 2 days 1 night after 5 days in Central Java. It is such a shame the only night we have in Jakarta is the worst. Our relatives who live in Jakarta booked this place. Obviously since they live here they have never been inside any of the rooms before so it is not their fault. At the reception I see 3 stars under the name. But I have been to better 3 stars establishments. The hotel rooms are poorly furnished and the bathroom does not even have a single piece of soap. (It has body cleansers in the shower.) The air-con in the other room leaks water and the air swing is completely missing. My room can accommodate 3 people. I, being the youngest, gave up the two more centrally located beds to sleep on the bed tucked away in a corner. The problem is that this corner is out of range of the air-con and it could be described as hot when I went to bed. Also strangely, the light in this corner is controlled by the switch between the front two beds and also connected to their light, so when they switch off my light goes off, too, so I couldn't do any reading. Breakfast is only fried rice or mie goreng with tasteless coffee. That's it. That they actually have the guts to charge us for breakfast is amazing. Add a bunch of smokers in the dining room and they created the worst hotel breakfast experience in my life so far. We couldn't leave this place fast enough. Nothing more to say except stay away from this place. Trust me.

  creepy and not value for $$

  We went on a company trip - jakarta - bandung a few days earlier and our company have pre booked the hotel for a night. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and the first impression as we disembarked from the bus was this eerie feeling. The exterior of the hotel looked like a cheap budget hotel that doesn't deserved its 3 star ranking. The room was tiny with low ceiling and the orange light that lighted as you entered is glaring. The washroom was okay, however, no bath mat was given apart from the two poorly laundered towels which we are forced to use. There were only one set (for one person)of everything (one small shampoo,one soap,one toothbrush) prepared in the bathroom.We didn't bother to ask for another as it wasn't worth using. Luckily there was a hairdryer. Requested for ironing facility but was told there wasn't any at the hotel - frustrating. The wardrobe was meager too. It was dusty and moldy. We didn't dare to put anything on its surface for fear of mites or skin disease. We were told the next day that one of our colleague's baby was bitten by bed bugs! His skin and full head was full of red, inflamed looking insect bites - definitely not mosquito! Breakfast was meager too..but passable.they served fried rice,bit of vegetable, noodles and bread. Luckily we only stayed there for a night.Wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone at all!

  It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly, room was clean, bathroom was clean too. Breakfast was superb, loved the breakfast menu choices, they are pretty good. Also the room service menu is quite good and reasonably priced Close to shopping and quite centrally located

  First and last experience with bad image

  I was stayed in there for one night and pay the room by credit card and hav deposit also. Then that mean I pay for two nights. I checked out on 10 am and say check out to the reception and tthe reception take the key and didn't say anything. Without my confirmation do the extend and makeup room to me. The funny thing, te reception said he did call me on 11 am and I didn't pick up. When I show to them my mobile history call and ask them for hotel phone number. Nd only get one number and show te time the misscall. My phone hisory call is 7 am they still ask me that s morning or lunch time. I answer the stupid question to them that is 7 am that mean s morning. And the reception can not say anything and change he topic with m cause their fault nd didn't say sorry o me. I no need the sorry. Jus can not accept whie have to. Double of they fault. Really crazy hotel. Te room is big. Toilet is clean. Toothbrush their provide is the used. A/C is noisy and mosquito. Can not sleep.
