  Great location, wonderful staff

  The location is amazing, beach, pool and food all right there, plus a short bus ride into historic Sides, but it was the staff that really made it. The Tui family Life team were great with the kids and the hotel staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. Give them all a bonus!

  We had a very nice vacation!

  We had our sommer vacation this year in TUI family life side. The staff and the animation team was very nice. The food there is very tasty and varied. Our child enjoys every day the program of Bamse club.

  Family Holiday (July 2019)

  We visited the TUI Family Life Kaya Side in July 2019 for 10 nights (All Inclusive) Arrival: .We arrived late into the night (23:00) and were greeted by a very polite and friendly Concierge who checked us in promptly. We were offered something to eat and then we were shown to our room. The bags were brought up by the Concierge's assistant who explained to us were all of the hotel's various facilities were located and the meal timings for breakfast. Overall very happy with the service we received upon our arrival. Rooms: .The rooms are modern and up to date. .The beds are very comfortable however the mattresses are quite firm. (For us this wasn't a problem as we have a firm mattress at home.) .The rooms were turned over on a daily basis and the cleaners do a tremendous job at refreshing the rooms as well as providing fresh towels. .Mini Fridge is stocked daily with Coca Cola, Fanta, Juice, Bottled Water as well as various snacks free of charge (Included in the All Inclusive package.) Pools: .The hotel has a number of pools (3 Outdoor, 1 indoor if memory serves me) including the main pool, a children's pool, and a quiet pool. .The main pool was large enough to accommodate most of the guests (However it can get crowded at the height of summer, as we soon discovered) . The children's pool is located in the small Aqua Park located on the grounds. My son really enjoyed making friends with the other children and spent hour upon hour in the pool. .The slides in the Aqua Park were great fun. .Only downside is that we found in order to get a sunbed I had to get up at 06:00 to reserve a sun bed. Beach: .The beach was beautiful with plenty of sunbeds available (Some had covers over the top which was essential from around mid-day as the temperatures regularly topped 30 Degrees Celsius.) .The beach was very clean and we noticed a small army of staff keeping the beach and surrounding area clean and tidy. Main Restaurant: .The main restaurant is served buffet style, there is plenty of choice although we found there was a lack of variety each day. But the food itself is very tasty with plenty of choice and a terrific dessert section. (Highly recommend the Baklava) .In the main restaurant drinks are served by the waiting staff who do a smashing job keeping up with the amount of guests on site, tables are cleaned quickly and we never struggled to get a table. .Hussein served us daily during our stay and should be commended for the level of service he provided during our stay. .Fridays were Turkish night and the food on that night in particular was absolutely delicious. .The kids buffet could do with some improvement. Snack Bar: .The snack bar opened after breakfast finished and served up a range of snack style foods including: pasta, pizza, burgers, chips and kebabs as well as having a small dessert selection and Salad Bar. .The food was delicious. .Drinks are available in the snack bar. A La' Carte Restaurant: .During our stay we had a meal in the Italian A La' Carte restaurant which we highly recommend. The staff were very attentive and the host was very keen to help in any way he could including asking the chef to prepare a meal of Chicken Nuggets and chips as our son didn't like his original meal. .All three courses were delicious. .The staff should be commended for the service they provide. Lobby Bar: .The lobby bar, located in the centre of the hotel was great, nearly never any queues and the staff were fantastic often stopping to chat with guests during the quieter parts of the day. .The lobby bar also has a small patisserie serving a delicious range of cakes and treats. Beach Bar: .Located on the edge of the beach, this bar was great for sitting in a nice quiet area of an evening and watching the sunset over the Mediterranean sea. I also got a chance to catch up on my reading during the day in the shade the bar provides. Shisha Bar: .The Shisha bar was a great option of an evening as it was often quieter than the main entertainment area. .There was a great kids disco on in the bar every night which our son thoroughly enjoyed. .Shisha is available (With a charge) every night and the staff who run it do a great job, long as you are paying for the Shisha they will fetch you drinks from the bar on demand and regularly re-fire the Shisha itself. .One particular member of staff in the bar sat with us for over two hours chatting away which was an absolute pleasure and ended up being the best night of our holiday. Entertainment Area/Bar: . The entertainment/area was a bit of let down in my opinion with no proper chairs, steep steps and it could do with a refresh. .The entertainment itself wasn't the best but it's clear the reps are trying their best to entertain the kids. .The bar itself was never busy and the bar man was very polite and friendly. Reps: .The TUI reps were great, always going out of their way to sort out any issues we had. Location: .The hotel is located on the ECO park outside of Side. The location itself is great as it is around 15 minutes walk from the centre of the ECO park which has an Aqua Park and a couple of shops. .There are two main Dolmus bus routes which serve the hotel, one goes into the centre of Side and from their you can take the free bus to Old Town Side (Absolute Must do!) The second route goes into Manavgat and stops at the Nova Mall (Great for getting out of the heat during the height of the day.) Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Lovely place to go

  We had a great time. The beach was lovely, grounds were nice and the food was good, even my fussy eater enjoyed his meal times!pizzas were great!the staff were nice and worked very hard. We travelled at the end of the season so the hotel was shutting down, we felt like we were in the way towards the end. We understood they needed to pack up the hotel but it didnt make us feel very welcome. That said I would recommend this place, the rooms had everything you needed, beds were comfy, fridge in the room. The pools were freezing!!! So we had to use the indoor pool which was also quite cold until the last day when it was like a hot bath! They need to gauge the temp a little better!

  1st family holiday abroad for 10 years.

  Well we had the most fantastic holiday at tui family life, 10 days and the weather was nice and hot.lovely location aswell. With me being a chef I appreciate the culture and styles of food. As I see it pointless if you go aboard and only eat British type of food. There was plenty of choice and 3 different restaurants to eat in aswell as the all inclusive part to. All the staff very helpful and always there to put a smile on your children's faces. There are plenty of shops local so get out and about and find the around the lake. Taxi's and buses easy to use and right out side the hotel grounds. Barris if you read this I am the chef who spoke to you the day before I left. I was going to email you but I lost your email address. You was very helpful. And I said I was willing to help with some idea's. If I receive a reply could I have Barris email please thank you.
