  We are filling for a law suit against hotel. Life threat food poison in 6 of 8 friends visiting hotel

  Please! Dont use this hotel. We almost got killed. Nevermind not enough rooms when we arrived, nevermind crazy woman hotel manager, forget cockroaches and smell of human waste everywhere, in the rooms and around the pool. The most important thing is one of our friend had to go to hospital with very serious food poison. She had some heart issues because of fungus in food, so we just filled for a lawsuit against the hotel. We not only demand return of all hotel costs, but also hospital costs and lawsuit costs and we want recompensate. We invested a lot of money in the court and we are sure we are gonna close this place, at least for few weeks. We are also contacting Greek authorities.

  Great place to stay. I dont understand others negative reviews. Room was cleaned on daily basis, we got clean bedsheets once in two days, towels everyday. Services amazing, waiters always kind, bartenders same, even janitor crew was always kind to us. Food was little monotonous at the end of stay but it was tasty. Sandy beach was just perfect, and there is also swimming pool next to the bar. I would definetely come back if possible but I would plan my stay little more, rent a car and check Chania and Heraklion. We only managed to go to Georgiopoulis by foot by beaches - was still worth it. I would rate this hotel somewhere between 4-5 more inclined to 5 :) as it was really adequate for the price we paid. Some little suggestions to consider by hotel crew: - using too much plastic cups at beach - returnable deposit/glasses - some broom would be good to have at room at evening when you bring unshowerable sand with you from beach

  very nice

  Very nice hotel perfect weather ,good animation team , nice view pretty good meals nice swimming pool and nice beach I recommend for everybody that needs a little vacation to go to this hotel when you land at chania airport you take a bus and drive in the mountains and there is very nice view I recommend

  Amazing holiday

  I was here with my friends in June for ten days,The hotel is always well clean including our rooms,The food is great,The pool is normal water, amazing beach,The hotel is in a very good location, Zero minutes work to the beach,Sun beds are free, Reception staff are friendly and they speak alot of languages which we found amazing.The bar men are friendly big thanks to Niko our bar man and great zorba dancer with huge atmosphere from the bar and the two bar men at night shift you guys are friendly.Animation was great my friends fall in love with the hotel animation Zumba and the evening show is always different, Kudos to Smith.I recommend this hotel,We will definitely come back next season.

  EXCELLENT/WORTH PAYING FOR

  Finally we are home after enjoying two amazine week in kavros beach resort Crete,We don't expect what we get during our holiday in kavros beach.The hotel look different from last season with new sitting area next to reception on top of a garden with beautiful view of kavros city and mountain,Part of the hotel is renovated to a beautiful glass bacony with view of the sea from our glass bacony.The sea is beautiful and calm.Pool and beach very clean,The hotel in general is very clean.The hotel manager is every where and ready to assist you with big smile on her face.No animation team this season as we enjoyed and participated in the hotel amazine zumba and fakir fire show last year'we understand the reason as we saw the responsible of animation team Smith and he explain to us'very nice man and he gave us ticket to kournas lake which add to our staying in kavros beach memory.The train worth taking and the trip is about an hour going and thirty (30) minutes back,We eat in a family restaurant myth of the lake tervana during our stay in lake kournas.Kavros beach is in the center of kavros city with beautiful view of sea and mountain and one minute to Chania and Rythmno bus stop,I highly recomend this hotel,We will definitely visit again next season.Big thanks to this amazine people in kavros beach,Geoge,Smith,The hotel manager and the amazine girls at reception.
