  Year 2018 and relly slow wlan.

  We live in 2018 and speed of wlan was like 1995. Explanation what they told to me was that my room is so far away from the router (20m). You should buy an other router with 100e if this is really the reason.

  Nice evening

  I picked this hotel as a stop between visiting southern and northern Germany. I wanted a place out of the town and with fresh air. This place definitely fulfilled my wish. Due to traffic our arrival was delayed 2 hours. Despite that our room was all ready and we were quickly accommodated. The beds are comfortable. The bath was large, and the area is quiet. We had a wonderful sleep. As the location is on the top of a hill there are plenty of walking paths and the opportunity to star gaze at night. Breakfast in the morning is simple, but adequate. Be sure to follow the signs to the breakfast room or ask, as our room was a long way away and that delayed our morning meal.

  The Hotel is in a beautiful location with fields and nature all around you. The car park and the wifi are free. The room was sold to me with a Queen bed. The room was so small no other bed would fit. A garden view it said. If I stood on a chair I could see out of the small window onto the tops of the trees. The room was very claustrophobic and dated. The weather in the evening was beautiful. It was a good job as you have to walk at least 15 mins. to the restaurant which seems to be part of the hotel. The breakfast was very poor. The receptionist was not very friendly. The restaurant where we had our evening meal had wonderful views of the town. The staff there were very friendly. The meal was good.

  Peace and quite

  We spent 3 nights here and right from the start found the staff to be friendly and very willing to help. The room was clean and well set out with plenty of room. The location is great for peace and quite. Its only 10 minute walk to town through a lovely wooded area or some stairs further on if you dont want to walk the trails. The only draw back we found in the room was no ability to make a coffee or tea in the room other than that we enjoyed our stay. We would easily stay here again.

  Rural, Relaxing and Rewarding

  The taxi driver finally found it with his dashboard GPS after picking us up from the rail station. We had left from Prague that morning and were grateful for the technology to get us directly to our rather remote hotel without having to pull over to ask other locals if they had heard of it. It's out there... Although we stayed only to conduct family ancestor research in nearby Sponheim, Landhotel's bar, restaurant and front and rear patios are supportive complements to its conference facilities. Taxis into town - or to Sponheim - are a phone call away by the front reception. Be aware that there is no lift to upstairs rooms and luggage must be, well, lugged...
