  Stayed here from 6th October and enjoyed our experience. Positives. It's a small,friendly,welcoming hotel. Staff are very nice and very helpful. Would stay here again if we liked going back to same location. Hotel in a good position for walking. We walked along beach and shopping streets many times. Negatives. A little worn in places. Not enough sunbeds although they probably couldn't fit anymore in. Food is ok. Its adequate!! Always something to eat. The staff are happy to cook something else, providing its available. We liked the aspect of the food being served as a restaurant. Drinks are good.

  Faultless

  Just returned from 10 day holiday. This hotel is amazing and, in my opinion, that is because of the staff. It would be so unfair to name individuals because the service we got from every one of them was exemplary. We had a junior suite. The room was huge as was the bathroom. We also had a large balcony complete with sun loungers and table and chairs. The food was varied, plentiful and delicious and, I can only talk of the wine, it was very good quality. The hotel is well situated for exploring the area. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel for exploring further afield. If we were to return to Crete we would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you Koalas and staff for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

  One brilliant holiday

  Just returned from 7 days at Katrin suites this will go down as one of the best holidays we have had. The hotel is intimate and well run from bar staff especially tony to Maria on front desk. I have never had above and beyond service this hotel offers. Our room was fantastic . Clean well furnished with beautiful views. Only one small gripe if your not a fish lover like me limited choice but on saying that everything is cooked by order and for an all inclusive its not your usual buffet you get in other hotels. I will definitely be back again but book a longer stay as a week flies in when youre having as much fun as we did thanks to the company we were in its certainly been one of the best

  Just returned from katrin suites Hotel and room clean mosquito bites all over the food choice for all inclusive shocking bar staff went missing every afternoon for ten minutes regularly never again sorry

  Katrin Suites Crete

  Just got back from Katrin Suites 30/10/19. Please dont waste your money here! The room was like a cave (one tiny window) we asked if we could move rooms, even pay to upgrade but were told there were no rooms even though the hotel was half empty as it was their end of season. The air con leaked all over the floor wet all my clothes and stained my brand new suitcase, told reception who did clean it up but then turned off our air con so we didnt have any for the rest of the week. Last 3 days of our all inclusive was disgusting only had a choice of pork, fish, rice, salad for both dinner & evening meal! If you didnt get there at 6.30 when served it was clap cold by 7pm. We had to go out the last 2 evenings because we couldnt eat the cold food with no choice of food! We even saw another couple from Katrin Suites in the same restaurant we had found doing the exact same thing! Not much choice of drinks. I cant believe this is a 4* hotel its the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at and it ruined our honeymoon!
