  Brilliant last minute holiday

  We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Fantastic central location close to all the restaurants and bars. The resort was fairly busy when we arrived but during our stay the Welsh and UK government removed to travel corridors. Sadly it was much quieter when we left. The locals are doing everything to make holiday makers safe and reassured. There's something for everyone in Argassi, the beaches are mostly pebble but there's a great choice of beach bars right by the sea. The rooms and the main pool are recently refurbished to a high standard. Overall the hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff worked hard to maintain protective Covid measures. Breakfast was quite good, bread rolls, toast, jams and cereals, fruit and some cooked i.e. boiled/fried/ scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans etc. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the staff who worked the pool snackbar, nothing was too much trouble. I was very impressed with the room, free safe, fridge and aircon which was an added bonus. Lovely walk in shower and plenty of storage for clothes etc. My only minor gripe were the glass doors in the toilets by the pool and inside the main hotel (not in the rooms). They were frosted but you could see what is going on behind them!! We will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

  WHAT A GEM OF A PLACE!!!!

  Have been coming to Katerina palace for many years have stayed in the studios but more recent years in the hotel and what a beautiful hotel it is. Having been refurbished since 2018, this year the main pool and bar area too, it is fabulous, clean, tidy and staff very friendly. Katerina the lady herself, well what can we say about her, an amazing, wonderful, caring lady. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she is always around the hotel checking and taking time to speak to her guests. It is clearly a tough year this year with countries pulling out of going to Zante but at all times the staff had a smile on their faces are were up for a bit of fun, really made you feel welcome. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary whilst away and we had champagne and flowers, banners and balloons on arrival, what a lovely touch. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone. A special mention to the following staff. - Georgia (reception) anything you need she will try and sort for you, Mary and Ena (breakfast room) what a giggle you could have with them, Greg and Theo (bar staff day and night) lovely guys always had time for a chat.   WOW an amazing hotel

  We came here in September during the pandemic and from the moment we arrived we felt very safe. You could see that every safety measure had been carefully though through and implemented. After our luggage was sanitised, our temperatures checked and COVID related form completed we were escorted to our room and helped with our luggage. The room was just beautiful. Huge comfy beds with proper divan bases, good quality sheets and fab pillows. I never slept so well away from home. The air conditioning was super quiet so we were able to leave it on overnight as needed. The bathroom was very modern with a huge walk in shower with rainfall shower and an additional handheld shower. The tiles were beautiful and you could tell had been chosen with care to fit in with the overall style of the modernness of the rooms. The huge light up mirror and powerful hairdryer meant getting ready was effortless on a night out. The staff at the resort were fab. It really is as if they are all from the same family, they are so nice and nothing is too much effort. The owner was there every day to oversee the running of what is evidently her pride and joy. Thank you to all who made our holiday and wedding anniversary one to remember. The Lewis Family

  Lovely hotel

  We stayed here in august this year, the rooms were beautiful and cleaned very well, pool lovely and warm and the location is fab! Some great resturants just outside if you visit deffo give erato a try this was our fave! Delish food. Will deffo return had an amazing week in zante

  Best Holiday Ever!

  stayed here with my 15 year old daughter. on arrival our bags were sanitised, the greeting was wonderful. our room was perfect, clean, the beds were really comfortable (and believe me i struggle to sleep anywhere other than home normally!) Was great to actually have a toaster in the room! All the staff were friendly. pool area was immaculately clean! Pool temperature was ideal. Bar food was lovely and reasonably priced! The hotel is ideally located. everything is within walking distance including a bus stop! Have booked to return Sept 21 & Aug 22 and bringing my family too!
