  buena ubicación, adecuado para 3 estrellas

  El lugar donde se encuentra el hotel es precioso, aunque no se utiliza el castillo nada más que para celebraciones. Es un hotel muy adecuado para tener 3 estrellas, las habitaciones son normales y están limpias. El armario es muy pequeño si la estancia es de 7 días, como fue mi caso. El horario de la cena para el turismo español es muy pronto. A las 21:00 cierra la cocina. El personal muy amable. Las camas en la habitación tienen colchones distintos, uno es blando y el otro firme. Las almohadas son cuadradas y no muy cómodas.

  Great base for going to see tulips and explore Holland,

  Had a super couple days at this hotel which is currently being refurbished, and to a high standard. Room was lovely, clean and modern. Staff helpful. Dining area and bar in a converted stable and dinner menu is based on a surprise set menu for the evening. We are in the castle as a function on in main building and the food was superb! Easy to get to by catching no 50 bus from station. You can catch bus to Keukenhof from station also. Cant fault out two days stay!

  Amazing ... but ...

  Exceptional location however, the Foundation holding this amazing location is missing a trick. Bigger rooms or a select area for more high end guest would generate more revenue. Why? The restaurant is exception and the chef is above and beyond the prices charged is let down my amenities such as room is holding this location back. Albeit the rooms are modern revenue generation would be higher if beds were not foam, especially the pillows were of a higher quality. The outside area by the rooms had better chairs and a table which is not the case at this time. The availability of an ice machine would be helpful. The focus on conferences is limiting the utilisation of this location. Keep up the good work otherwise. Please keep the chef, some of the more senior staff at Breakfast and Dinner could be better advised the customer know best rather than arguing the validity of the genesis of gin and how it should be drunk. Breakfast should, this is a personal thought allow personalised eggs, such as an omelette. When there is other events such as a conference / offsite or a wedding visitors should be advised in advance. This was not the case when I arrived. This impacted the location receiving a 5 star rating. The hotel and grounds were restricted for two days.

  Nice Xmas market

  Great initiative to organize a Xmas market with nice wine and snack possibilities preparing for the holiday season. Nonetheless the lack of snow. Certainly worthwhile to continue in the next year's. Note this for next year

  Nice Hotel in the middle of a small park, next to a castle, which is belonging to the same grounds

  The room was quite big. The toilet is separately, what we really liked very much. The bathroom with a new rainshower is really nice and the beds were more than comfortable! We left - even we had a room with view to the parking spot - the windows open all night and it was quiet - very quiet. We really enjoyed the hotel and the room very much. The television was new - there are a lot of channels, only one German channel, which wasn´t of much interest to us, as we were not there for watching television. Our dog was with us all the time - not allowed in the restaurant, however as we didn´t go there, no problem at all. A very dog friendly spot with 15 Euros to spend for your furry friend per night. For those, who have difficulties to walk: there is no elevator in the hotel. With only one floor it´s basically no problem, but if you got problems, make sure that you book a room on the ground. Especially the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The castle on the same grounds is very nice and can be visited (limited hours/days). We will surely come back again!
