great family 2 star resortwe have just returned from two weeks at this resort. The overall reviews of this resort were pretty good - so in first arrival we were a little disappointed. Our room was very old and tired. We asked to be moved and the receptionist stated that all rooms were the same and we were shown a similar room that was even more tired than ours - so we had " no choice" but to stay where we were. I must advise that later in the holiday we saw other rooms which were 1) bigger/better laid out and 2) much more up to date. The advise here is to press if you are not happy - there are other decent rooms !!! The staff however are all great. The rooms are kept really tidy and up to spec by a team of very helpful ladies who kept everything topped up. The pool bar was great - decent food - beer is E3 for a "large" but the beer on tap is pretty gassy and a large is not a pint - maybe 330ml. All bottles are E3.60 Supermarkets - great Greek guy in a small unit to the LEFT of the main entrance. Fresh bread and enough basic stuff. Others are fairly close.Don't use the hotel shop - very expensive. I would get a car - didn't check around for prices as we used the Thompson cars - about £50 a day. Its remote but OK. Best Food - without question is the restaurant that we assumed (incorrectly) was part of the hotel. Its round the back but very good. Beaches - poor Pools - great for the kids. The pools are about the right depth - narrow but fun. be aware that both of our kids picked up ear infections - but the nearby chemist sorted them out no probs. You are about three miles away from a huge overcrowded commercial strip which goes on forever. Not for me. The other direction leads to a smaller town with a small seafront strip. would I go back - probably not did I enjoy it - yes - but the room was not comfortable for 2 kids and 2 parents. Only one room is AC. hope this is useful

Holiday in AugustArrived at the hotel on a rainy day. I was taken to my room by a male reception member. He got out an umbrella, picked up my hand luggage and shot off at quite a speed to my room. Leaving me at 6 months pregnant with my large suitcases and 6 year old boy chasing after him in the pouring rain and flooding staircases. Appalling behaviour for a TUI hotel for which I have been going on holiday with for 10 years and never had such terrible service. This is more a Greek hotel than a TUI hotel in my opinion. I had lunch a couple of times which was average and you are expected to pay the bill as soon as you order. They are reluctant to hand over the bill too. The slides were great and so was the pool my son enjoyed it very much. My room was next to what I think was a maintenance room and at 3am every night!!! I was woken up by loud footsteps, loud talking and lots of banging doors. Disgraceful. You also have to pay for Aircon which is 8 Euros per night. Again, not what I expect from a TUI hotel. As we went at the end of August it was quiet and there were always empty sunbeds which was great.

Worst hotel everMe and my family went there to have a nice vacation when we arrived we realised that our trip will end in a big flop. The food in the hotel ridiculously expensive and crappy quality the rooms are infestated with frogs and bugs the pool was filthy and even the elevators smelled like fish and pee.In addition when we left the hotel we got food poisoning from this filthy food

Awesome hotelAwesome hotel for families with kids! Extra points from own little water park. Our kids would have liked to be in the water park 24/7. Little minuses are water park opening times. It was only open 10am to 15pm and there was no slopes for the strollers. One slope was pointing for back alley and we used it.
