Another Fantastic Holiday in Kassandra Bay Suites
Once again, upon arrival we were greeted at the reception and our bags were taken to our room an we were escorted by a very cheerful young lady who welcomed us back. Our room as always was spotless, a sign on the door showed it had been sanitised. The view of the bay is stunning. The infinity pool as always looks inviting, the sun loungers had been separated for social distancing. From our room we could see the beds and pool area being cleaned every morning. The was very adequate social distancing measures in place for breakfast and meals and drinks in the bar area. Again as always, the staff were so cheerful, helpful and no request, however small was treated with an enthusiastic response. The customer service is the best I have received in all of my travels. Nicos the manager was so kind and friendly as usual, treating everyone the same, he was everywhere from starting breakfast to the end of the day. Under the circumstances (Covid 19), we could not have asked for a better holiday, we are already booked in for next year and although we have only been back for 2 days, we can't wait to go back. Each time we go back it is like we have only been away a short time because we are made so welcome. Thank you all Kassandra Bay staff, please pass on our regards and best wishes for everyone's safety. So until next year, stay safe and continue with what you are doing because you are the best.

Another fantastic stay at KBR
Thanks to all The staff at the hotel who excelled in very challenging circumstances. Without doubt, safety was at the forefront of everything the hotel staff did. Once again we booked a Seaview room, 314, it was by far the best weve had so far. All the staff wore masks throughout the day which considering the heat is a challenge itself. However as always they were all so friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of queueing at meal times but considering social distancing and the fact the staff were serving all the food so that you couldnt choose to pick up anything yourself, the queues were not something that anybody would be bothered about. We felt that Greece were taking care of it far more seriously than the UK to try and protect their tourist industry. The bar and dining areas during the day are covered but in the open air and you didnt need to wear masks and could eat food and drink enjoying the beautiful views across to the islands. As always, the beach was immaculate each day, they have a member of staff who cleans it and rakes the sand and arrange all the sunbeds. There were ample sunbeds for the number of guests . We had the most fantastic holiday, as we have for the past six years at this hotel. Each year we say we are not coming back but already I want to book again for next year. Sadly the water taxi wasnt working this year due to the Covid issues and the gym and spa were closed. Thanks again to all the fantastic staff .

To the General Manager. We stayed in your complex from the 11th to the 18th September- we were in room 324 which was a lovely air conditioned room with a jacuzzi on the balcony and with lovely sea views I just wanted to say a massive thank you for being looked after so well and your staff were all amazing both in care and attention and in these times, cleanliness and mask wearing at all times. I particularly want to say a big hello and thanks to Nikos where every day he made so much effort to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable, and he has the sense of humour that will bring us back to your resort. Please mention him to me "two breakfast coffees Tony" and I'm sure he will remember. Have a fabulous last week before you close for the season, and thanks again for making our holiday so special Tony (2 coffees Breakfast) & Helen

Gem of a Hotel
We booked this hotel last minute and was very impressed with everything This hotel was well prepared for social distancing, - all staff wore masks and it felt very safe The hotel is convenienlty located and an amazing beachfront view we were in the suites so was able to use the beautiful infinity pool which was for the guests at the suites but the other 2 pools were just as beautiful The rooms were very spacious and felt so luxurious. i couldnt fault them at all dining - we ate at the pool restaurant and the food was so lovely breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice i would highly recommend this hotel thank you to the team for a wonderful stay and congratulations on making us feel safe in a world of doom at the moment. you made our holiday -

Great holiday despite Covid
It was our second time at the Kassandra Bay and it was just as perfect as the first time. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished and no matter if rooms, restaurant, bar, pool or beach everything is immaculately clean. A big thanks goes to the staff with our special thank you to the young man at reception (sorry, I don' know his name) and to Nikos for making our stay really special. We are already looking forward to seeing everybody again next year.
