  Excelente atención y entorno.

  No puedo mas que agradecer a todo el staff de kasbah Agafay por su excelente atención , amabilidad y profesionalidad. Tanto como el manager Aziz , los camareros o chofer son todos muy amables . Pase una estancia muy agradable, tranquila y memorable. Recomiendo este gran hotel a cualquiera que quiera pasar una vacaciones inolvidables en Marrakech .

  A true taste of Morocco and a perfect retreat

  This truly stunning hotel took our breath away. We stayed for 4 wonderful nights. A beautifully restored fort in a magnificent setting, with views including the Atlas mountain range. The rooms are huge with authentic furnishings and the most comfortable beds ever! The only modern appliance is the wonderful air conditioning, an absolute must for a comfortable ambiance! Large bathrooms with bath and shower. We stayed in the fort and had our own private terrace. The tented suites in the grounds were also stunning, with four poster beds, sofas and fully equipped bathrooms they offer a unique experience. The pool is huge and cool with comfy sunbeds and parasols around. The staff were exceptional, nothing too much trouble and service delivered with a smile. Don't eat here if you're looking for McDonalds/KFC fare! The meals are true authentic Moroccan dishes and are delicious, healthy and a bonus if you are watching your weight. We couldn't manage all the food on offer yet still came home pounds lighter... We have never felt so relaxed after a few days away. This location would be wonderful for a celebratory function. There is a function room available with panoramic views to take your breath away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

  magnificent

  This was the perfect place to restore and revitalise. Wi-Fi was available but I declined to use as I was determined to live without 'electronic' distractions.The room was excellent, very spacious with exceptionally comfortable beds and air conditioning , which was very welcome after sight seeing or even just strolling around the beautiful gardens. The en suite was modern and very much larger than I expected with bath and shower. The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff were friendly, courteous and unobtrusive , the service was faultless. I was given the opportunity to enjoy some cooking lessons from the Chef and thoroughly enjoyed every minute and have since impressed my friends and family with my authentic Moroccan cuisine. There was nothing about this holiday that I could fault, I would return happily to this Hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

  Deserted palace!

  My boyfriend and I stayed at Kasbah Agafay for the last two nights of a week long trip in Morocco. We were staying in one of their tents. It was strange to be in such a large property with very few guests. But I think that could of been due to the time of year we were visiting. After getting over the fact that we felt like the only people at the hotel we relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We spent the days laying by the pool. The breakfast and food is delicious. However with the restaurant being the only food option I would suggest reducing the price slightly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our tent was massive and lovely to stay in. The hotel grounds are beautiful. I do hope more people stay here as it is a wonderful place!

  It's closed but we still received a confirmation of booking!

  It's closed! But we still received a confirmation of booking. Not from the hotel itself but through a subsidiary. The money was taken from my account and we were left in the lurch on our holiday. The hotel owner (who we spoke to) did try to help but mentioned subsidiary's were still taking bookings.
