  Good hotel & value for money

  Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights in a suite room. Its spacious and excellently managed. Its a mixed use property. The only draw back was that I'd booked an airport pickup and the same did not arrive despite repeated calls to the hotel. Language is a big problem and Google doesn't work there. I was fortunate to reach the hotel safely as I was duped by a con at the airport claiming to be a legal taxi driver. I was charged 3 times the normal fare, and despite asking the hotel staff to intervene they too said that the fare was correct. The folly was made good by the Manager next day on complaining by adjusting the additional charges in room fare. So for traveler's a word of caution do not book a cab on hotel website they don not provide the service.

  Beautiful, modern design excellent breakfast

  Beautiful, modern design excellent breakfast. Large rooms with nice bathrooms/bathtub. Only shortcoming during my stay was that the Gym was locked (why) and that it took the hotel staff 15 minutes to open it

  Nice Restaurant on top Floor

  Was here with our local Hosts. This is really a fine Restaurant with stunning views. Food is great and the true orintal flavours can be savoured here. Interior and decor is well laid out with private dining area as well

  Too good for the price

  This is one of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Queen size bed and remote control for the lights around the room. As soon as you walk into the bathroom, the lights go on and the toilet automatically opens. There's a TV in the mirror used to play music or watch movies. It's massive for one or two person(s). The curtain has different layers depending on how much light you want to let in, which is controlled from your bed. The lighting makes the atmosphere warm. Breakfast buffet is super fancy and has many choices between western and Chinese dishes.

  Reasons to choose this hotel were that it was quite newly furnished with a modern and clean design style plus its added on new technology inside the guest room. The hotel lobby area was wide with a great corner offering many books for reading and plenty of seating where you could sit down and chill a bit. The guest room was spacious and warm. Again we loved the design, the lighting made it warm and at home feel. It offered an electronic gun in room for playing TV games. In the bathroom, it had a smart toilet seat that the cover would open automatically when anyone got in. Also we saw a built in screen on a mirror when we could surf online to listen music etc. Gym room was cool and modern. We found those machines in red color were offered to massage for legs and feet. Breakfast was good. It offered both western and Chinese food. Bell and housekeeping staff were friendly and welcoming, except the front desk staff was a bit cold.
