Nursin is best in worldNursin is the best here - no problem too big or small he is always there to help guests. Not only a part of the bar staff but a friendly guy who is always there to chat no matter what til of day. Hotel Kapmar is excellent but especially for Nursin!

Great staffHi all, Last day here at Kapmar before we fly home tonight. Although we did enjoy our stay here we would not come back to this hotel. The staff in the pool and snack area was fantastic. The cleaners are great as well and found the hotel very clean. Sanitizers everywhere and temperature check every time you get back into the hotel. Breakfast very basic as in some fruit, boiled eggs (scrambled on a Sunday) bread, ham, cheese, tea and coffee. But if you don't fancy that just have a full English in the snack area at the pool. Only about 3 pounds. Same problem as almost everywhere else in people 'reserving' sunbeds from the early hours. Got very busy near the end of the holidays. Met a great bunch of people and a special shout out to Yunus at the poolside and restaurant. Reasons for not returning are being hit with a 95 pound bill within 5 minutes of arriving after a very long day. Arrived at 1.30 in the morning and had to pay 95 pounds for 9 days safe+airco. There also is no fridge in the room with to us is a massive downside. We like to end the day with a nice cold drink on the balcony but that is not possible since you are not allowed to take food or drinks up which are not bought at the hotel. The WiFi is another let down. More often than not it is not working and when it is finally working it goes off and on like a jojo. We really enjoyed the fantastic food everywhere and with a 35-40 C temperature there wer no complaints there either. All in all a great holiday.

OK hotel for b&bI am spending 1 month at the Kapmar, it is very tidy and Murat is very polite as are most of the crew. The residents are mostly polite and friendly. and would recommend the hotel for a cheap holiday location in the heart of the town.

DisappointedFirstly I must say I love icmeler but again was disappointed with this hotel. Yes I picked it because it looked ok and some positive reviews. It looked nothing like the pictures dont be fooled, its very dated and desperately needs upgrading, was like being back in the 60s. Place was dirty and the lifts were a incubator for germs , people had actually written things in the grime. I reported it to the rep and he got someone to clean it but was worse after it was done. Room was basic baring in mind it was a triple room which was very small, the bathroom was nice and looked like it was recently done but few things in there needed fixing, shower was good but run hot and cold randomly. Bedding wasnt changed for 10 days and we know that because of marks we made during our stay, beds were made every day with clean towels daily, yes it was reported. Now breakfast was what I can only describe as on a budget absolutely aweful, dining room was falling apart. Bar food was actually ok and plenty of choices, they did a good breakfast too. The pool staff were lovely and cant fault them good lads but overworked. This is my opinion and a truthful one about this hotel, Im not fussy but expect a level of cleanliness, we wont ever be using it again.

Fantastic location but compliments end thereYou will be delighted with hotel location as its only metres from everything you would want to see and do .Place is reasonably presentable on entering ,Air conditioning has to be paid for £10 a day safe box in bottom of wardrobe £25 a week enter filthy lift to go to your room (and it stayed that way all through our stay) hope that you are lucky and get a room overlooking the main street as the rooms looking out the back are dreadfull the view is not of dirt abandoned rubbish and cheap scruffy flats .Enter your room and although bathrooms have recently been modernised they are just functional rather than anything special ,rooms are very basic uncomfortable beds and old fashioned furniture from the 70/80s our air con was sellotaped together yes you read right with wires hanging out yes sellotaped - key box for air con hanging off wall again attempted repair and sellotape was used .The whole place looks like cleaners have all gone on vacation . Tried breakfast Paid for not the extremely basic free ? continental and it was awful thrown together full english with horrid ingredients .Toaster the industrial type with conveyer took 4 goes to get acceptable browning it was that knackered . on a good note the restaurant attached to the corner of hotel was clean and food was very good .
