  Very clean and tidy

  We arrived at 2am in the morning after a flight from Australia and were greeted by the owner and a clean & tidy room all ready for us. We stayed 4 nights and found it adequate for our needs. Beds were made each day and towels replaced, bathroom cleaned. Liked the old fashioned way parking car at your door. Kitchenette area was small but served our needs.

  Great little motel

  We stayed here twice... either side of a night on Kapiti Island. It was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfortable with a very friendly welcome. They even looked after our suitcase on the Kapiti Island night. The room had a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and electric frying pan thing. We didnt use it however and chose to drive 5 minutes to Paraparaumu beach for dinner. We ordered breakfast for delivery to our room in the evening so we could eat at our leisure in the morning. Breakfast cereal, fruit, juice and bread for toasting with preserves. Water pressure is very high... it makes for a great shower. And it also makes for a soaking when youre filling the kettle if you arent expecting it! :D At $120 for the room plus $9 per person for breakfast, the bill for a night was extremely reasonable.

  A hastily planned post lockdown trip was made so easy

  Amazing service plus super clean. Linen & beds etc were excellent. Location is great, between Waikanae and Paraparaumu, straight off the expressway. I booked one family room for three nights followed by the spa room for one night which was perfect for a couple or for solo travel. Thankyou.

  Excellent two-day stop-off

  We found the welcome, comfortable beds and range of facilities perfect for our stay. Conveniently just off the main highway and not too far from a range of shops. There is ample parking. Not too far away is the beach and access by boat to Kapiti Island.

  Great stay noisy fridge in my room though.

  I found the unit Very tidy and warm. It was easy to find just off the highway. Great stay, lovely helpful staff,However the Fridge was noisy+ leaky and kept me up in the night. The couch was also comfy too, clean linen and plenty of spares. Read less
