  BUEN SERVICIO

  Nos alojamos aqui debido a su cercania y su transfer gratuito al aeropuerto de Kansai, ya que pensabamos visitar un dia Osaka, que esta a una hora en tren. El personal como es de costumbre en Japon es muy cordial, las habitaciones contaban con bañadera, y en la planta baja con los baños tipicos japoneses. Me alojaria nuevamente con seguridad

  It's small

  The double bed in our room was situated against a wall and the walkway between the bed and the other wall was just wide enough for 1 skinny person. I had to climb over my wife to get out of bed. The bathroom only fits 1 person. You cannot shower and someone else brush their teeth and use the sink as it's one or the other. The water flow is either to the shower or to the sink. If you have to stay here try to get 2 beds. There wasn't enough room to open your suitcase let alone manage with other carry on cases. Staff were nice, Breakfast was average but was included. Room were clean. Hotel was close to subway line and to 7-11 and about 15min walk to shopping center. One side of the hotel faces the subway train track and would be noisy. Rooms are not wheelchair friendly.

  Acceptable Airport Hotel

  While still about 40 minutes from Kansai airport, this hotel is still one of the closest. Its not a great hotel but ideal for an overnight stay. As with most Japanese hotels, rooms are small but provide everything you might need. There is an airport shuttle and a shopping centre with an Aeon department store less than 15 minutes walk away. Breakfast was a little lacking but still enough. The hotel is also located close to a station but there is little noise from the trains.

  Old hotel but Excellent in Service

  We booked 1 night stay as to catch our delayed flight due to Typhoon Krosa. First of all I want to say thank you to the front duty manager (15/08) for accommodating and helping us to arrange for a taxi to the airport where no taxi is available. While we were waiting for our taxi at 2am at the lobby, he switched on the aircon and music for us and not leaving us in the dark. I would say this is a neighbourhood hotel and it is located across the bridge from the airport. There is AEON mall which is about 20mins walk where you can get food and groceries. The room is not small by Japanese standard where we can placed 2 upright huge luggages and 1 mini stroller. The bathroom comes with a bathtub which is quite deep. If you are below 150cm, you will have slight problem getting in and out of the shower. Other than that service of this hotel is awesome!

  Very less compassionate and less hospitable

  Was caught in the typhoon and reached the hotel at 11am on 12th October. Shivering and all wet. The hotel did not allow early check in. They did not entertain our request for additional half day charge as well . Citing it is their policy. No choice we waited till 3pm. For Japan hotel...it is one if the worst attitude hotel.
