  Great value

  Friendly welcome, spacious room. Not newly renovated, but not too ageing either. Nice holiday village setting in the centre of town, close to nice restaurants and cafes and not too far from the beach and supermarket. Overall, great value for the price.

  Best budget option

  The villa was specious. 1 queen bed and 3 single beds. Specious enough for a family of 4. Kitchen was very much sufficient. A little old but very clean. Compared to other accommodation prices on the same day, it was far low. Absolutely recommended.

  I'm not sure what to say, give it a go!

  This place is like stepping back in time, the rooms are straight out of the 70's but they haven't been made like that its just how they are. The rooms are spacious, clean and generally in acceptable condition for a one night stay. Try and avoid staying in Kingscote altogether if you can.

  No wifi and sometimes no bread!

  Stayed here last week. The owner/manager, Patrick, was unfriendly, unhelpful and never available. He told me that wifi is difficult on the island. The title is a quote from him. Blamed the fires but not true. The place is tired, run down and so unappealing. Reading some of these other reviews makes me think they stayed somewhere else! Reminded me of an Australian horror movie including resident with a teddy bear hanging by the neck!

  Great for what it is give it a go

  Two young lads having a go. Great place near the ferry ideal for early or late ferry. Room was clean, bed was large and comfortable wifi was good. Heating was good. Every quite close to everything. Will stay there again next tripe to K.I.
