  Great accomodation

  We stayed here for 3 nights. This was prebooked and fully paid. We received a message from the manager prior to arrival letting us know how to enter the property ourselves and providing her contact details if we required anything. This is a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom villa, very open and spacious. Very comfortable accomodation, well equipped kitchen, laundry, close to town centre and well located for sightseeing around the area. The villa is upstairs...about 13 steepish steps and car parking is underneath. We found it easier after entering via the front, to bring our luggage in via the back entry through the laundry with only 5 steps. Lovely distant view over the bay. Definitely recommend

  Good base

  Stayed for 3 nights, easy to find keys when arriving late. A very clean 2 bedroom & bathroom villa. Good location, wifi,laundry and all basic cooking needs. Need to able to climb stairs as villa is over carport.

  Great location

  Bayview Villas were in a great location looking out over Kingscote to the bay. The Villa was bigger than we needed being 3 bed/2 bath but was great to not be cramped into a motel room. Shower was hot and plentiful and the direct booking process uncomplicated. Thank you for offering an excellent accommodation option.

  fantastic place to stay

  my mother, daughter and i stayed here for a couple nights this past october. we chose it because of the three bedrooms/two bathrooms. our villa was very well presented, with enough crockery/cutlery for six people, plenty of seating, both at the table and in the living room, and a huuuuuuge deck looking across the bay. the view across the bay was great, and the sunrise was fantastic (i was the only one awake early enough to see this). my mother is elderly but very active, so she had no issues with the stairs, which were a little steep, however, there are fewer stairs around the other side, giving access to the laundry. i could live in this villa quite happily.
