  Wonderful stay!

  Stayed two nights with family. Highly recommended for any type of trip.The room(we stayed in a recently renewed room)was fabulous. Clean with beautiful ocean view. In room dining(limited number of room types has in room dining option. Others will be dining at the restaurant on 2nd floor) experience was great for both dinner and breakfast. Hot springs were never crowded and super clean. All amenities are provided for your convenience. Ninth floor infinity pool was also great with magnificent view. Bathing suits provided as well. Each floor had a little room with self-serving beverage such as coffee, tea, freshly squeezed juice, water, etc. All staffs were very attentive and efficient. Loved the matcha tea and little sweets at the lobby when we checked-in. There is a seaworld in a walking distance so we dropped off our luggages at 11am, spend few hours at the seaworld and checked-in at 3 pm. Both check-in and check-out was smooth. I did not experience any line up.

  Exceeded expectations

  Too service. High quality food in presentation, freshness, and variety. Loved the public infinity pool, private onsen, and the male and female onsens. Highly recommend for families. My family and will definitely come back!!!

  Good Japanese Hotel

  We had a renovated room with private onsen. Not the most expensive type, but good enough. Room was very spacious with good layout. We encountered no problem with slightly early check-in. We're offered tea and snack. The renovated roof-top unisex infinity pool was not-to-be-missed. Dinner was served at private room. Food was good, but service was just so-so. Breakfast was buffet-style. The souvenir shop sells really nice chopsticks which can go inside the dishwashing machines not found elsewhere. Highly recommended.

  Nice hotel and good location

  The hotel is located near Kamogawa Sea World which I took 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is not located at beach front, you must cross the road using underground path to the beach. By the way, I stayed in deluxe ocean view room which gave panoramic view of the ocean. The room is comfortable. The hotel onsen is nice. The breakfast is good. I booked dinner for my two nights stay. I had dinner in private room at the restaurant. Staff gave good service and chef came to present and explain my dinner by himself. There are non Japanese staff who could speak English. The staff who couldn't speak English use translator pad to communicate with me.
