  2nd visit was as good as the first. Beautiful clean apartment with a lovely view from the balcony. The food is excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Looking forward to popping in for a cream tea in a couple of weeks time when we next visit Cyprus to say hello to Maria and Tracey. Staying in a villa this time however looking forward to a return visit to the Kama in the near future.

  Have been meaning to go for a carvery for a while, wishI had done sooner. It was great, big variety of vegetables, hot and just simple fab. Make your way there you wont be disappointed, ring and boom just to be sure though.

  bad security, apartment door left ajar by staff

  Weve spent a week at this apartment hotel and we werent very happy with the accommodation. The biggest issue was, which prompted me to leave this review, is that one day when we got home around 6pm from a day trip, we noticed our room door was ajar. Upon letting reception know it was assumed the cleaners left it open. It was a busy Saturday, there were lots of guest from outside of the hotel around the pool and restaurant. I believe this is a very basic breach of safety and safeguarding of guest property. The other issue was caused by the hotel reception closing around 6pm every day, meaning we had to open the hotel gates with our key to get in each evening. The problem was that we were given only 1 set of keys. Each evening my husband and I were tied together because there was no way of one coming back and the other staying out with friends. It was an issue as we had different plans a few of the evenings. Breakfast wasnt available until 10am which again was a problem as we are early risers. Once we went out for a day trip early and the hotel couldnt provide us with a replacement take away breakfast as the kitchen was too busy with the Sunday guests. Breakfast is table service with limited choices. It seems to cater for British tastes only, there wasnt a single Cypriot offering on the breakfast menu. It was very disappointing, coupled with the late breakfast we regretted booking it in the first place. On their website under "room comforts" they advertise room toiletries are provided but the supply is only enough for a few days, when asked for more they said they cannot give more. If we knew we would have got travel size toiletries from home. We didnt and as we only had hand luggage it wouldve been a waste to purchase large bottles from the local shops for the sake of 2 days. Again, it was very disappointing. Same with tea and coffee facilities, again advertised under "room comforts". Supplies are only enough for 2 days and they refused to give us a couple of extra teabags. To summarize it, we were disappointed in the hotel but we wouldnt have left this bad review if it were only for the niggles. However, finding our apartment door ajar was very unprofessional. We would definitely not return or recommend it to anyone. If I am to say something nice about the hotel, it was clean, spacious and had all the facilities should guests wanted to do self-catering. The staff were pleasant and seemed to have a good rapport with the guests.

  Wanted to use just public pool..lady stopped us that we can not order from bar and somebody come to take order from us..10 minutes they just watched us nobody came (place was not busy) then we left..thank you for nice sunday!
