  Friendly and relaxing

  We have just had a lovely week in Kalbarri, based at the Kalbarri Seafront Villas. The pool is lovely, we had wonderful beach views, but most importantly the staff were so lovely and friendly, we felt right at home.

  Beautiful spot

  We stayed for 5 nights in the town house . Beautiful location . Two mins walk to cafes etc. Pelican feeding across the road . Place was clean and tidy . Plenty of towels provided . Large bedrooms . Quiet at night Easy access to beach

  Convenient & friendly place

  Location was good. Right in front of the beach, restaurants within walking distant. Staff was friendly & check in was easy. Room was well equipped with all basic things needed. Quiet & relaxing to see morning breeze sitting at Patio sipping away coffee ..

  Great location but needs to be bowled over

  We stayed at the villas for a weeks holiday with our closest friends for a well earned break. The location is perfect but thats where it ends. The villas are falling apart. Everything requires maintenance. No surround around the taps. Cooking facilities are very limited. The electric frying pan needs to be tossed out as it is so old and the Teflon has peeled off. The laundry was filthy. The paving edging on the pool was loose and quite honestly was quite dangerous. The whole place is a wreck. I personally would never stay there again.

  Great Stay

  We enjoyed our stay at Kalbarri Seafront Villas We had a i bedroom upstairs villa and found it to be very comfortable. The room and kitchen was very well equipped and comfortable, The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare meals. The entire villa was spotlessly clean. The only problem that we had was the car parking space. With a number of large vehicles parked it was difficult to reverses down a narrow drive to reach the street. The staff were all friendly and helpful
