  OK, but good for an overnight stay at PEK

  We got this hotel complementarily by the Hainan Airlines' international transfer program. Hainan Airlines' transfer service is one of the best. It provides not only a free hotel room, also the ground shuttle from PEK to the hotel. There are not much to see nearby the hotel. For an overnight stay, it is totally OK.

  Used by Air China as a Complimentary stopover

  Having a 12 hour stopover in PEK Airport, Air China put us up in this Hotel for free. To get there from the Airport was a nightmare. To find the Shuttle bus & where it leaves from is difficult as few speak English & aren't helpful. I would recommend getting a Taxi or better still avoid transiting Beijing. That having been said the reception was friendly & helpful. The room was clean & modern. All toiletries are provided. The bed was comfortable & that was fine as we only wanted somewhere to sleep.

  Bad experience all over

  The only reason we booked this hotel was because it was advertised close to the airport which we needed an overnight stay for the next morning flight. The promise of the airport pick up would not happen if we didn't chase them up phone call after phone call, instead of meeting us at the arrival section as they promised, we ended up had to go to the departure gate standing in the cold waiting, and looking for the car with their number plate through the nonstop oncoming traffic. The small vehicle was jammed with about a dozen people, all the big luggage had to be squeezed in the already tiny aisle. One passenger complained that he had been waiting in the cold for an hour. The vehicle rushed off to avoid the police fine for stopping at wrong spot. The hotel reception was rude, we requested to be on higher floor in the booking, but was given the lowest floor. It was advertised as a non-smoking hotel, however we could smell the smoke the moment stepping out the lift, we told the staff that the strong smell of the smoke coming direct from the room across from the small hallway, and we were told there is nothing they could do. The room was small, old and dirty, the bed is hard as wood, a pillowcase has a hole right in the middle. We were back onto the small bus which took half an hour to the airport early next morning with no traffic issue due to the fact that they did a D tour to pick up one of their staff before dropping off the passengers, so unprofessional.

  Very good experience

  Stayed in this hotel overnight on December 24, 2019 for flight transit next day. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, the free breakfast is also very good. The waiting time for shuttle bus from airport to hotel is around 20 min. The employees of this hotel are nice and helpful. Will stay it again next time.

  Old hotel

  Stayed here just because of transit arranged by Air China. Room was small, clean but everything was old and not properly maintained. Bathroom had signs of mold, didnt want to analyze properly. Bed was hard. It was ok just to catch Few hours of sleep.
