  Muy buen hotel para descansar

  El hotel se encuentra algo alejado del Lago, 5 minutos en coche, lo cual es bueno para descansar y no tener que soportar las colas que se forman en el Lago di Garda, tiene un parking cubierto gratuito bastante cómodo de aparcar, la habitación es bastante amplia y silenciosa, aunque el hotel da a una carretera las habitaciones dan a la parte trasera que es una zona residencial muy tranquila. En cuanto al buffet de desayuno está bastante bien, tiene un poco de todo y además te preparan el cafe italiano que desees, que como todo el mundo sabe son excepcionales. La Wifi funciona muy bien en las habitaciones y en el desayuno, por lo demás no tiene restaurante ni cafetería, sólo funciona en el desayuno. Así que es un buen hotel para descansar y hacer excursiones a las zonas cercanas, eso sí en coche claro. No está en una zona que permita darte paseos, eso sí tiene un supermercado a 200 metros.

  Had a great stay

  Clean and renovated hotel with exceptional service! The lady in the reception was so nice, we felt very welcome here. Good breakfast, easy parking, just a short trip for Lake Garda by car. Very near Gardaland if you are thinking about going to the amusement park. Great experience!

  Good, but could be better

  We stayed at this hotel with my husband for 3 nights in August 2019. The receptionists were really nice, explained us everything, provided advice and also extra services when needed. For everything they were trying to find solution. The hotel as such looked nice, quite new, just several years old I guess. The parking was good - right in front of the hotel. The bed was really big and comfortable, the air-condition worked well, the style of the room was nice (the big picture and the lightning above the bed) and everything was clean. What was a bit strange for us that we had a room with bathroom that was equipped for people with walking disability. It is great that this hotel offers this kind of rooms, but for us it was a bit uncomfortable: the toilet was too big without the top plastic seat, in the shower there was the folding chair implemented, the hand basin was also large and low-lying and also a bidet was missing. I could see on the pictures that they offer also rooms with standard bathroom, so I don't know why we received this one. Another thing (and probably the most important) that we would recommend to improve is the breakfast. We cannot say that it was totally bad, but it was really poor. We would expect much more from this kind of hotel. The dining room and the atmosphere (background music, decorations etc.) was very nice, but the food was just poor - when it comes to selection, quality and sometimes the amount too. The bagels were not fresh from bakery, but prepared from frozen semiproducts; the coffee offered was just the "american" style from thermos bottle; there was no hot buffet, no hot eggs, no bacon or sausage; a fruit tee was missing... The buffet was decorated very nicely and clean, but the food was just not what you expect from a 3 stars hotel. Breakfast is very important for the overall impression of a hotel and unfortunately this was a big minus in our impression. When it comes to the position, this was good - close to Peschiera del Garda from where you can easily get to Verona, or you can visit Sirmione, and if you are interested, the Gardaland is really close.

  Excellent hotel

  Lovely, cosy hotel. Very friendly staff and above all always with a lovely smile on their face! The hotel is also very clean thanks to the great housekeeping. The location is also very close to Gardaland (10 minutes away by car) and close to a lot of beautiful locations such as Bardolino, Sirmione, Verona and the amazing Monte Baldo (all destinations reached by car). There is an indoor carpark that has a lift leading to the hotel which is great, especially in Winter! Will definitely go again!

  Friendly staff and location

  We have a wonderful visit to lake garda to celebrate my birthday and for my son who wants to go to movieland and canevaworld. The hotel is positioned closed to theme parks like Gardaland, movieland and canevaworld. Its also close to city center of peschiera del garda. Staff are very friendly, thumbs up from reception to the breakfast staff who were very helpful. The taxi drivers in town as well were friendly and help you with some suggestions, I highly reccommend this hotel. Thank you so much Kairos Garda. We hope to see you next time.
