  amazing

  Last year I visited this hotel at the same time in November and I must emphasize that I am positively surprised by the positive changes that have taken place. Hotel full of life, life and music. Very good food several restaurants and soon another restaurant ... Japanese. the spa is cozy and the diving center was the best surprise I could find. The staff very friendly. Cordial service and good spot. I would say amazing and perfect holidays with the family.

  Very nice structure with great sand beach but

  It's the only hotel/location where I returned for vacation for the second time. The food is excellent - with the exception of pasta (of poor quality) - and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The only negative point was the excessive presence in the water of seeweeds that we did not have during our previous stay (in March). The hotel is also hosting a Veraclub.

  Oásis

  This was my third visit to the Kairaba Oman and I always thought the service was good, but I believe it went up another level. Many staff were able to remember me and always used my name when they ate dinner in different parts of the hotel. The hotel is extremely well maintained and completely comfortable. The food was great and reasonably priced, and the service wherever I went was of an extremely high standard, whether at the restaurants, at the front desk or at the concierge desk. The manager was always making sure that I was well looked after and many staff greeted me by name. The lady of the piano bar was particularly efficient and engaging. A tremendous develop since from my last visit in middle of the year.

  Good But be aware of the Rude reception

  Overall good experience with food, friendly staff at the restaurant, great dives. So would be 4 stars. But: Unfortunately very bad service at the reception due to very rude behavior: - pick-up Information to airport read on the reception paper 24:00. - Agreed luggage pickup at 23:50. - Nothing came. - once at the reception We actively needed to ask where the pick up is for the airport. - receptionist answer in super rude tone: somebody informed you that pick up is now at 1:00. - Although we answered that no information had been provided to us, - receptionist insisted and stressed that we HAD BEEN informed. (Which we definitely hadnt) So if this is suppose to be a Marriott/5 star quality they really need to bring their staff up to speed, specially train the reception of dos and donts. From a customer perspective and due to the horrible time it definitely is a huge difference. The other non 5star rating is at the spa. Massage is good but no hand wash before massaging the head, which is after the feet massage...

  Great, chilled out resort...

  We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a great view. Pool clean and nice to lounge around, with beach views - but tiles around pool are slippery. Beach great and is not too far from resort (few minute walk to sun lounges & buggy available) but far enough that you don't feel like you are stuck in the resort. Staff so super friendly and helpful. Great people! Breakfast delicious. Close to mirbat. If you want an escape this is the place
