  Amazing place to go food is spot on plenty of options to choose from the menu all staff are lovely and very helpful always dont need to move if your sunbed for drink as they come around and ask if you want another rooms clean amazing entertainment something different every other day booked up again for next year

  I cant tell you enough to not waste your money, energy and time to come here, its just a dirty awful place and the air con is so noisy you just cant use it. If I could give no stars I would as in my opinion it would get any!!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!

  Best and cheapest place in marmaris

  Amazing 10 day stay at the kaan staff are fantastic ozzy the man Great atmosphere Rooms basic but clean you get what you pay for air con very refreshing after 43 degree heat Food at this place is a1 very very good Staff will help you no matter what Will definitely be going back to the kaan 100% 10 mins walk from beach shops and restaurants plenty of bargains to be had See you soon David laura and the kids

  Stayed there on the 8th of sept when we got there we were given a room at the top floor wich was so small had to walk into the shower to close th bathroom door to use the toilet my friend banged his head several times .so we asked for a another room which we got at a extra fee which was fine paid him then few days later he denied being paid which we did paid 10 pounds for the safe but other keys could open the safe which i told the man at reception which he gave me a another safe .back to the other room every time we had a shower the floor keep on flooding which we had to put towels on the floor to soak up the water .then we found out they only changed the towels every 3 days so we could only shower every 3 days . The staff were great the swimming pool is lot smaller than the pic .after 4 days we left the hotel and paid another 50 pond to stay at a another hotel
