  Excellent staff and comfortable hotel

  The best part of this hotel are the wonderful owners and staff, who make you feel instantly like one of the family. They take great pride in assisting guests and providing ideas for exploring Lombok. The hotel itself is charming, the rooms very comfortable, and the restaurant very good. I've never stayed in a place that I was so sad to leave! I will make this a regular stop whenever I'm in Mataram!

  Hotel with the most friendly, homey and loveliest staff

  We stayed in k2 eco boutique for 3 nights from 11 may - 14 may 2017. Me n my husband went to lombok for honeymoon, I booked a private tour with a package that exclude hotels because I wanted to look for hotel where we stayed by myself.. I choosed k2 eco boutique because my tour guide suggest me to book hotel based on mataram and I wanted to stay at the place that can make me feel like I am in lombok, not in a busy city with usual commercial hotels. Also I was choosing this hotel because of high review. I didnt expect much at first since I will only be in this hotel for sleeping (as I was out touring around lombok from morning till night) but wow.. this hotel is really amazing, the real situation in this hotel is much nicer than the review. 1. When we wanted to check in, they gave us 2 welcome drinks mixed of cucumber, cinnamon and lime.which was very tasty and refreshing.. and when they saw us enjoying our drink, they offered us to drink another glass which we would gladly accepted. And whats amazing was they gave us our 2nd glass of welcome drink in a big glass.. I have never get a 2nd glass of welcome drink, whats more having a bigger glass.. this little gift for us is so unforgettable and just show me how good they welcomed us. 2. They made us feel like we were living in our home.. when my husband felt sick, i asked them to make wedang jahe.. and they made it for my husband. When I asked how much is the bill, they said Its free, as a compliment for us. Have you ever order a drink and they didnt charged the bill? Well, I got that experience here. 3. In our last night of staying here, they surprised us by making a honeymoon decoration in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We didnt ask for it, but They made it for us, they also made cake and drinks to celebrate our wedding anniversary.. How sweet of them.. I never get this much caring and attention in other hotels that I have stayed with a higher price than this. Thank you so much for the surprise and the sweet memories.. You guys made our honeymoon so memorable. If you look for a hotel with the best caring staff that will take care of you during your stay in mataram, this is the best place for you. Oh and also, at night there are some noise from the karaoke near the hotel, however, as I stayed in room with garden view I didnt think that this thing was bothering as we were only hearing the sound from karaoke on the bathroom, the sound couldnt be heard in the bed room, so we didnt have much noise when we were sleeping.. The room is big, and you can have breakfast to be send to your room if you are lazy or just need to go out early in the morning. You can also ask the staff to make food that is not in the menu for breakfast Thanks a lot K2 eco boutique, I hope I can go to this hotel again..

  Totally Surprising

  An oasis in the middle of Mataram. If you're in town, this is without a doubt the place to stop. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The pool pavilions are really nice. And the place is really eco. Greens growing everywhere in the garden. Water collection systems, etc.....Great eggs benedict for breakfast too. But what is the most surprising is the level of service. Staff and owners do their utmost to satisfy you. Big smiles from everyone starting checking all the way to check out. Outstanding job for the price !!!!! Will be back.

  Lovley hotel

  We stayed here for a night before we headed to LOP airport (taxi was 150k rp). We thought the hotel was really lovely with excellent staff who are ready to help by any means possible. It has a very nice eco friendly vibe which we were fond of. If we are in lombok again we will definitly stay here again.

  Perfect relaxation after Rinjani trek

  My partner and I stayed here after a 4d3n Rinjani trek. We booked one of the pool rooms which had a sheltered conservatory with sofas and chairs leading out of our room. The shower room was beautiful and most importantly, had hot water to rinse off the dust and grime we'd accummulated hiking. There are fluffy dressing gowns in the wardrobe. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave (especially as we had an early flight to catch)! There was aircon and tea/coffee available in the room, along with the other essential - free wifi. We ate in the restaurant where the full eco projects are visible in the form of charming houseplants in plastic bottle chains decorating the wall. The food menu was extensive and the portion sizes generous. As a conoisseur of strawberry milkshakes, I can say that I would fly all the way back to Lombok to enjoy another one. Not only this, but the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. On arrival, we were hot and disgruntled having not washed in a few days and we were immediately whisked to our room. The staff then brought the paperwork to us along with beers and delicious banana fritters and crispy leaves that we ordered. We had a lovely chat with the Balinese owner who said that she is helping a tourism initiative to train young Lombokians(?) about the hospitality industry. She also ordered us a cab to the airport for 6am the next morning (around 40mins drive) and arranged a takeaway breakfast on pancakes for us to take on the road. All in all, a wonderful stay and I fully recommend!
