  Centrally located friendly staff

  I stayed here for a few nights and it was exactly what I paid for! Staff were very friendly and gave good advice about the city sights. The rooms are clean and breakfast good. I would stay here again as it is situated next to the train station. No room service which was a shame but it didnt affect my stay.

  good selection.

  big and nice hotel. our room was big with a very good bed. breakfast is great and Tea/Coffee is available 24 hours. washing machine and drayer is for free. the only big problem in the place- most of the staff doesn't speak good english!

  Happy stay

  We chose this hotel as it was on a direct line from airport so coming and going to the Taoyuan airport was extremely convenient. Our executive room was spacious with a king size bed. Service from all levels were courteous and polite. All imaginable amenities were provided even in room snacks every day! Delicious breakfast was also provided in the room rate, which we appreciated. Its mainly Taiwanese breakfast which I enjoyed although it did get repetitive. We would happily book this hotel again in the future, given the location is fantastic and right next to the MRT station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Average hotel

  We stayed here Nov 19 and it was convenient to where we needed to be we actually booked this hotel when we were there so we inspected the rooms before we made our reservation, the rooms are very well equipped and the beds were comfortable for me but my wife found them too hard and the maid put a quilt topper on the mattress and made it softer so that was good. The staff at reception were not that friendly, certainly not like other hotels we have been to recently where they have gone beyond the call of duty but not unfriendly. The one thing that would stop me staying here again and we visit every year is the breakfast it really was awful and its not because they serve to suit the guests being mainly a asian /chinese selection as i am used to it as my wife is from Taiwan and i enjoy the food but this was the worst i have had in many years it really was very poor and in most cases the food was cold its a shame as its perfect position for where we need to be each time we visit each year. All in all happy with room once bed sorted but thats it and i certainly cannot recommend this hotel.
