  Fully paid but suggested me to stay at 3rd floor or go to their NTU branch

  I have booked this hotel due to good ranking in Tripadvisor here. However, I was so angry when I checked in in this hotel at about 1230. Their receptionist Jimmy told me that I have requested to stay at high floor, but all the deluxe room in high floor has water leaking problems due to heavy rain in Taipei last week. So their only available room will be in 3rd floor next to reception or he suggested me to stay in their NTU branch with better room at same price. He could even give me some coupon if I moved to NTU branch. I argued with him for few minutes as raining in Taipei is so common and it's unbelievable that all other deluxe rooms from 5-10 floors are all affected by water leaking. Finally, he agreed to check again and offered me a room at 6th floor. Seems 6th floor is not high floor in this hotel. Also, he said check in time is 1530, but when I came back at 1540, the room was still not ready and he has to asked someone to check it if it is ready. Finally, I got the room at 1555. This hotel does not keep to its promise in check in time. I have stayed in so many other hotels in Taiwan including Just Sleep in Kaohsiung, I have never met a hotel like this, maybe they have over-sale Just Sleep Linsen and have spare capacity in their NTU branch. I have made complaint to the hotel manager, Ryan, he said some rooms in 10th floor has water leaking issue, but not all other deluxe rooms from 5-9th floors and he didn't know why Jimmy made his suggestions... Ryan also wanted to upgrade my room or arranged taxi to airport at their expenses. However, I said Thank You, but did not accept his offers. Anyway, I will never stay in this hotel again as their staff treated their guest so unprofessionally. Vincent

  I"LL BE BACK

  This hotel is beyond my expectation. Its fell like home, thanks for clean room and amenities. Every morning i'm very satisfy with the home cooked style breakfast, its simple but delicious. You can get some free drinks and snacks in happy hour time. The Front Officer is very nice and kindly helpful, thanks to Josh for recommend us local food near the hotel. I"ll be back to this hotel when i come to taiwan, its very nice stay here.

  Nice clean hotel

  Room was clean and location was good near shopping area. Breakfast buffet had good variety. Staff was friendly and spoke English. They allowed us to check in early. Just needed to wait for the room to get cleaned.

  The rooms are just too small but...........

  We stayed here as it was in the area we needed to be, now its difficult to review this place as it has many good if not great points, the thing that really stops me giving it a great review is the size of the rooms they really are tiny but the place is very clean and the staff are exceptional they really helped us with giving us the biggest room in the hotel and just went above and beyond with all the help they could possibly do and i cannot fault any member of staff they were all fabulous and they are a total credit to the just sleep brand, i would like to make a special mention to Frank, Rodger in reception and Apple in the breakfast room who was the most wonderful warm and friendly lady you could wish to meet the breakfast she served up every morning for a budget hotel was fantastic its not the biggest breakfast spread but what was served was fresh and delicious and i loved my breakfast each day,so all in all for a budget hotel its really good value and if you can handle the room size its for you.

  Located...

  Located in the city center and its quiet to get to different sightseeing places. We use the early-bird program and have special discounts. Bedroom is very clean. Only the hairdryer is an old type, for women with long hair is not so nice.
