  A great hotel and well-trained staff.

  All the staff at the hotel was very friendly and well-trained. As soon as we stepped in the lobby, a hotel staff Michelle greeted us warmly and answered all our questions patiently. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Also the staff at the breakfast room were very hospitable. The breakfast room was packed when we got there, so we agreed to be seated outside because all the tables were occupied. However, Kelly, the receptionist, came back and offered us a table as soon as it was available. We were pleased and surprised because she remembered us although she was very busy. This showed that she was very caring and efficient. Also, a tall, handsome cook greeted us with a smile even before we approached his station. They really made my day! Congratulations, Justsleep for having such wonderful and hospitable employees!

  Indoor, outdoor and onsen attached the bedroom

  Walking distance from jiao zi train station, nice interior lobby, clean indoor and outdoor onsen. Room is a bit small and bed is hard which is not so comfortable. Breakfast and Conciege service is great, worth to try.

  A wonder choice in Jiaoxi near Taipei

  Just Sleep is our family trip best choice near Taipei. We went there several times and always enjoy their food, different family activities, cozy room and also wonderful hot spring. And hotel location is very convenient, it is near train station and also night market, so it is very easy to find many nice local food nearby! Staff people there are all very kind and always patient to assist customers need. Especially I would like to tank Andy, she is so kind to our family, especially give a good memory to our kids with many kind of beautiful shaped balloons and other surprises! If anyone who will plan to have a relax trip in Jiaoxi, I would definitely recommend JustSleep as your best option to visit.

  Tiny Room but Good Location

  I stayed at the Japanese-style room for one night. The room is tiny and the mattress is on the floor, like Japanese tatami. The air conditioning of the room did not work very well. It was too hot to me. However, the location is very good, close to everywhere. I will recommend this hotel to budget travelers.

  Second stay but unfortunately a bit disappointing

  I stay in this hotel 4.5 years ago when i travel with my family(5 adults) and a 6 months old baby. We booked 2 double room*2. Room, hot spring, location, service, breakfast and facilities are all good. It was a good experience so this year in July when we traveled to Yiyan again ( on the way to Wha lien), we decide to book this hotel hoping that we would enjoy as much as we did last time. However, it was so disappointing. Check in was quick and staff are still friendly to be honest. However, i don't know why but there is a bad smell in the lobby and i smell it the first second stepping into the hotel. This time we travel with a 5 years old kid (yes the baby grows up :)) we booked a double deb rooms. It was so tiny that i can't believe it but still thought it was ok. Then i realize the room is not clean at all. You get to see all the dust in the air and when you try to have some rest on bed, the mattres is on the floor, it is so close that you can't even pretend there is no dust. Breakfast is good. They don't have enough parking space so we need to park in some where else ( 7 min to the hotel). Will definitely not come back again!!!! with the price, there are so many other good choices.
