  Very nice and new

  Just stayed at this hotel and it was a very nice and modern room. Albeit no windows because we were a family of four and needed a large room. Other than that, the bathroom was very, very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

  Convenient and Clean

  The hotel is in a great location. The night market is 2 blocks away. There are some nice places to eat near by. It's close to the train station. The staff are very helpful. They are also very nice. There is a self service laundry area, which is a nice touch. There's no charge for using the machine and detergent was available at the front desk for $20 NT. There's 1 machine and it's first come, first served. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, although basic. The bed was a little on the springy side, but not uncomfortable. The bathroom is immaculate and clearly the newest part of the room I was in (705). This room has a strange little window in the bedroom. It's tall and in an awkward place. There's a great view of the canal and the city from the bathroom, which you can enjoy if you're relaxing in the tub (and aren't particularly modest). The lobby and bar area were also very nice. The room itself could have used a coat of paint in the remodel. The walls in the bedroom are a little stained, dinged and chipped. This is purely cosmetic, but becomes a bigger issue when the bathroom is clearly so new and updated. (It really is gorgeous). The same can be said for the halls and the elevator. I was very happy when i saw the hotel outside and the lobby. When the elevator door open I though, "oh no" it was dirty, with a worn carpet. The hallway upstairs was similar although not as bad. But was relieved that the room was good. To me this shows a level of management that is quite good. The care has been placed in the places where the customer is going to be. Overall, I would say this is a great hotel to stay in if you go to Keelung.

  Only good for 1 night

  The room was way too small for 2 person and the walls are too thin. The so called centrally controlled aircon or heater was way too cold. But guests can't do anything about in your own room other than to turn off the whole thing! Too many things that need to be fixed. Easier to name the good points like proximity to the night market, clean because it's new and wide selection of TV channels.

  Cozy stay in Keelong City

  Stayed here for 1 night trip to Keelong. Its near the train station, and the night market is in walking distance, the front desk girls are very helpful. Will stay here again if I go trip to Keelong next time.

  Tolerating smokers!

  My first impression from the time I checked-in the reception staff was quite friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and neat, I thought my 15 days stay would be quite fantastic, however, excellent impression turned into nightmare when one of the opposite rooms started smoking, the hallway as well as my room started to became polluted by cigarette smell, I tried to complain to the Inn staff but what I got was Sorry for the inconvenience then what? They did not even tried to investigate into the matter, they just left me suffering..... hence advice to those who are sensitive to smoking should NEVER, NEVER Choose Just Live Inn! I regretted why I choose it myself! For me, though Service May be very great, but the trouble given to me during my stay really over ruled the positive points of the Inn.
