  Buena opción para una noche

  El hotel está a metros del aeropuerto y ofrece un servicio de shuttle hasta la entrada misma del aeropuerto. Es un hotel simple, para pasar una noche a la espera de un vuelo. La relación costo/calidad es apropiada.

  Arrived to find my company had book me into the jurys in the centre of town. No problem says the receptionist I can transfer your booking here. Superb service with a smile. The menu at the moment is basic because of covid but well cooked and very tasty. Cant say enough good things about my experience Thank you very much

  I have been staying in this hotel off and on for 20 years and despite some cosmetic changes it is still a very dated and tired hotel. I understand that during the present time things are different and the hotel has to make changes that can be hard to live with. However this seems to have effected the staff as well. The check in was by a surly and unhelpful member of staff. The room was a very long walk from the entrance in a poorly designed hotel layout. The room itself was adequate but very tired. The small bathroom had nowhere to hang hand towels and just a single liquid pump for soap. My main concern was there was no heating in the room despite using the switch marked "heating" nothing happened. The bed was comfortable with clean good quality sheets. Breakfast was take away only with a choice of a bacon or sausage roll - nothing else hot. Tea and coffee were available but had to be specifically requested. With only one member of staff available to serve the breakfast there was a long queue. Lunch and dinner were similar affairs and the prices ridiculously expensive. (There is an inexpensive Spar across the road for sandwiches or the Dyce Farm restaurant near the Crowne Plaza for hot food .) Had booked a taxi for my departure via the reception, this didn't turn up and the staff on duty made no attempt to get me a taxi or apologise.

  Monthly visit

  Perfect for the airport only a short walk and bus stop next to the hotel for the city. Did not like the breakfast in the bag, very limited choices if you dont eat meat. Meals can be quite expensive for what you get.

  First time in 12 years and it may be 12 again.

  We were booked into this hotel to meet with a VIP prior to him flying out. This was always a Riggies hotel but even allowing for COVID it has fallen over badly. We were in Room 36 the bathroom had hairs all around the batch, the sink had a massive crack in it discovered when I almost cut my hand on it. Again even allowing for COVID the food arrangements ( not the food) are pathetic . WE had to call to order then walk 5 minutes to collect from the bar THEN GO OUTSIDE in a Blizzard to comeback in another door to walk back to the room to eat a cold supper. Breakfast I felt sorry for the staff as those collecting their bag o breakfast then complained they NEEDED a coffee - 10/10 for the staff on duty.
