  Nice little resort, staff unhelpful

  The hot tub was so hot that it was unusable. I asked several other guests and they said the same thing. One woman who is an owner there, shook her head and said, "It's always like that." I went to the office and asked the staff member if she could have the temperature checked. She looked at me like I was crazy and said that she knew it was ok. One evening we returned to find an outside car with no parking pass in our assigned space. I looked around for help but could find none so I called the phone # on the office door. The person on the phone told me that she could not help me. The next morning, I went to the office and I was told next time to find the night security guard. No phone #, just keep looking around. At check-in the staff was very friendly, and said that "if we can help you with anything, please don't hesitate to ask." Obviously, they don't mean it.

  Return to paradise

  We wanted to escape Covid and thought the controlled atmosphere of this gated community would be safe. The staff made the transition so smooth, giving us the option of having daily housekeeping or providing linens at your door, made everyone in our group at ease. While we were returning to our part time home the others where experiencing Timbers for the first time. All asked to return with us on our next visit or how they could purchase their own interest. The ability to play,golf , tennis and use the pool with food service yet at proper social distance makes you feel like you are at a resort with the piece of mind that your in a protected environment. Each visit surpasses the last.

  Listen to the Surf

  This is a great location if you love the sound of the waves crashing and want to be as close to the beach as possible. This is an older resort but that is part of the fun of it. The facilities are well maintained and the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The rooms are mostly first floor level and you just walk out to see the pool and the beach in front of you. Plenty of outdoor tables and lounge chairs. The beach is a very long stretch and you can walk for miles in either direction. Nice spot for a low key place to enjoy Jupiter.

  Great Places

  Great Places to be and the beach was very beautiful and the people were very Location great you can go in either direction and enjoy a lot of Florida. Clean and very help to all your needs and tried to help all the time and the persons at the pool and barbeque are always clean and taken care

  We had a great experience at the Timbers Jupiter

  Timbers Jupiter has luxurious villas, great amenities and a very friendly staff. It is affiliated with Trump Jupiter Golf Club which is an excellent course also with a great staff. I highly recommend it and we will be back!
